Note that black people are in the minority of people depicted in the picture, showing that Chris can't even be bothered to research the country that he pretends to care about.
Furthermore, the humans are drawn much smaller than Chris' horrible creations, demonstrating that he views them more important than the people this image is trying to help. Sonichu is billed by Chris at 4'7", making Robbie about 1'2.5". (Most sonees, according to the CWCipedia, are almost twice that height at 2'4".) This means children sitting around Rosechu are all less than a foot tall!
