My family and I were there one morning a couple of weeks ago; my camera was screwing up with me, so I ended up with the photo of the front counter. I haven't been back for a while (Damn parents won't drive me back there), and I'm only 14.

Robert was shouting at Amanda, and eventually Chrissy joined in with an uproar so loud, it would have awaken the dead. It was in response to Amanda harassing them that day. I asked around after Robert and Chris left, without my family taking notice of me.

I can get away with anything within my reach; I'm the middle child of a set of three in my family. Sadly, we were only passing through that week on our way back from a visit with my Grandma and Grandpa in South VA; we live up in Boston.

Being bullied as a Freshman last year in my High School was no fucking picnic either. And I really loath ANYONE who is even considered "Special". I'm Special enough on my own for being invisible yet able to attract attention remotely with a mere thought or do-nothing and having to put up with the aggresiveness in my fucking family; I am very much the Master Mind in the family. My father is damned retarded.

But enough about me, I hate Chris as much as the rest of you. Stopping the presses on his books and giving up his website; it still pisses me off. If I recall correctly, it was about 10:30 when the Father and Son Duo left, so best bet is about 10:00 AM to try and intercept. I want to see Chris, if not both of them, squirm in torture from our Trolling of him. I really want to see him blow his top off again. LULZ.

Oh, and the Windows at that place were Tinted, so the photography would be best from inside the place.

According to Chris, stealing copyrighted material is fine, as long as you indicate that whatever it is you’re doing is a parody of the original material. Like with many things, [[Christian Weston Chandler]] has a very obscure idea of what '''copyright''' entails, let alone its legal ramifications in US law. He believes that all copyrighting something involves is "[[CWC - Hand Drawn Original|<nowiki>[putting]</nowiki> a little C-In-A-Circle and <nowiki>[his]</nowiki> John Hancock]]".

Chris doesn't even know what a copyright ''is,'' legally speaking. He can't ''copyright'' [[Sonichu]], but he could [[Wikipedia:United States trademark law|'''trademark''']] Sonichu. He could copyright individual works using Sonichu. Too bad he doesn't know anything about anything.

== Sonichu as a copyrightable work ==

In Chris's mind, it's perfectly reasonable to take two very popular fictitious characters and mash them both together in a [[Fail|failtastic]] [[rainbow]] of [[Sonichu and Rosechu's Children|incestuous]] [[Sonichu|electric]] [[Rosechu|rodents]]. This means you've created a completely new thing, and therefore are entitled to the rights of said "Original Characters" regardless of how crappy, ''un''original and disgusting they may be.

Here in real life, however, any work that uses ''previously copyrighted work'' as a basis is a derivative work; this means that while it can be copyrighted by the creator, it cannot be published without permission of the original copyright holders. There are very specific exceptions to this rule. One way to avoid this is to simply not use too much of the previous work's material to begin with: complete works or significant portions of them are copyrightable, but you ''can'' steal general vague ideas as much as you want (though Chris is stealing way too much to qualify for this). Another would be Fair Use: use the copyrighted work to provide criticism, journalistic or educational information, or parody (of which more later). In short, Chris has no excuse.

Moreover, any attempt to argue that Sonichu is not a derivative work would be entirely self-demolishing. Sonichu is ''explicitly'' stated to be a fusion of two existing characters, both by Chris as its creator and in the comic story itself. Chris has worked the fact that the two original characters were merged into Sonichu's backstory and the Sonichuverse in general. His process of incorporating copyrighted properties into his works is both ''unabashed'' and ''deep-rooted''. He ''can't'' talk his way out of this.

Apparently, the idea of Sonichu being a publishable work stems way back into the character's creation. According to [[User:ChrisChanSonichu profile|Chris's]] [[Sonichu (character)|"autobiography"]], when Chris ended up backed into a corner as to what to put onto a CD cover, he decided to fuse Sonic and Pikachu, whom he couldn't use because they were copyrighted characters, and turn them into Sonichu. When his teacher accepted the hybrid character, Chris automatically assumed that he was free to create his multimedia empire from them. In the [[Father Call|call with Kacey's father]], he also says the teacher told him he had been in the clear with the beginning as far as copyright is concerned.

So let's remember that Chris is so [[naive]] that he would treat the advice of his high-school teacher as if it were the law of the land.

Chris is very paranoid regarding his copyright, and will frequently [[CWC Public Disclaimer|hand out all of his personal information to complete strangers]] if he thinks it is being contested. This has backfired in a plethora of astounding ways.

Chris has encouraged people to report copyright infringements to the police. The police, unfortunately, can't do much when random citizens report ''civil offenses'' such as copyright infringement. Even if Chris ''had'' the rights to the works in question, suing people for copyright infringement would be Chris's job and his job alone, or that of a representative whom he has specifically appointed to that specific task.

Unsurprisingly, Chris is a [[Chris and hypocrisy|total and complete hypocrite]] when it comes to abusing the work of other creators. In the span of ten issues, Chris pulls characters and concepts from numerous franchises and even goes so far as to steal "original" characters from [[trolls|fans]] and [[sweethearts]] without an ounce of due respect to their creators. He's even had the balls to take [[Asperchu|another creator's characters]], [[Mitch Sonichu|alter them]] and demand that they be portrayed the way ''he'' has made them. It's easy to say that, if Chris were to make money off Sonichu ''somehow'', he could easily be sued by those who created the characters he stole. Despite how firmly Chris holds on to his views of copyright, when directly challenged on why it's okay for him to rip things off but not for other people to do the same to Sonichu, he's unable to think of a response.<ref>[[Alec Benson Leary Phone Call 9]]</ref>

Even worse, Chris refuses to listen to anyone, especially the original creators of his "original" characters, when they know Chris has done wrong. The best example would be the fight between [[Evan]] and Chris over the character [[Simonla]]. When Evan demanded that Chris remove Simonla from the comics in an on-screen death, Chris refused because ''it would take Wild Sonichu's girlfriend away''. That's right: Chris refuses to remove a character because of a meaningless throw-away relationship between minor fictional characters. As time went on, Chris has fought tooth and nail to keep Simonla in, going so far as to write out a scenario where Simonchu appears in CWCVille, tries to bring Simonla back, only to be beaten back by Wild and forces Simonchu to return and tell Evan Simonla likes it there, proclaiming it's his "Great Director Chandler" powers that lets him do it. In the end, it took two shut downs of the CWCipedia for Chris to finally surrender and kill off Simonla.

===Copyright registration===
It appears that Chris has actually paid $45, and somehow got [http://cocatalog.loc.gov/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?v1=1&ti=1,1&Search%5FArg=Sonichu&Search%5FCode=TALL&CNT=10&PID=ZvDUHHsi-vkzrRWQU2p5oLpU7yxe&SEQ=20091106120549&SID=1 Sonichu approved by The United States Copyright Office]. On 12 [[November 2009]], he also posted a scan of the confirmation letter he received to [[CWCipedia]] and posted a highly predictable [[Red Letter CWC Certified Day|my-heart-level-just-went-to-100%-again video]].

Psychologically, this copyright registration represents a big win for Chris, because it gives him what he thinks are bragging rights ''even'' though he has no idea what the copyright registration ''actually'' means. In his confused state, receiving a registration from the US Copyright Office means that he has been right the whole time and now he ''officially'' has all imaginable intellectual property rights regarding his character and creations. In his mind, he now has the right and the power to tell everybody how Sonichu may or may not be used. The most annoying thing about this is that unless Chris actually sues someone or someone sues Chris, we can't make him shut up about it - the state of intellectual property legislation is such that people can make all sorts of weird assertions ("I patented forks and knives ''when used over the Internet''"), and if someone's wrong, that is up for the courts to settle.

Now, here in reality, copyright registration is not an official ''recognition'' of copyright. It is an officially registered ''assertion'' that a person or company has created a specific work at specific date. Every new work automatically has copyright whether it's registered or not. The registration of copyright is only required if you're suing people for copyright infringement. One party asserts that a work has been created at one time, another party has used the work at another time, and then it's up to a judge to decide who is in the right. If Nintendo or Sega sue Chris, they can easily demonstrate that they've held the rights to original characters like Sonic and Pikachu and Chris's work is derivative. More important, Chris does ''not'' have a trademark on Sonichu; he has never had it, and this registration doesn't have anything to do with trademark rights.

We know Chris messed the registration up, but the sad thing is that without complete documentation of exactly what he submitted, we may never know exactly ''how'' badly Chris messed this up. The documentation Chris published doesn't show exactly what he submitted. The application appears to be for "digital files", which is probably to say specific image files, created in 2000. (We'd need actual documents, because Chris will probably say that he has ''official'' copyright on a ''character'' he created in 2000 and babble some more confused nonsense.) It's also possible that he has submitted files that ''weren't'' created in 2000, and he's just insisting that the ''character'' was created at that time. These kinds of distinctions and little details can be extremely important in a court of law.

There's also one more oddity in the registration: the registration is listed as [[wikipedia:Work for hire|work made for hire]], a whole different and more complicated tango that deals with transfers of rights as part of work contracts, typically in situations where workers create works for corporations. If Chris ever goes in court over this, ''someone'' will start asking inconvenient questions on who hired Chris, or whom did Chris hire, to create this work, and what sort of contracts were involved in this alleged transfer of rights. While such contract ''may'' have been made and we've not heard of it, nothing that Chris has said indicates anything otherwise, and it looks that he just checked a wrong box in the application form.

'''IN SHORT:''' Chris's copyright registration doesn't mean his comics are non-infringing.

=== Use of copyright notices ===
The way Chris maintains his so-called copyrights within his works is also baffling. It's possible he goes by the assumption that almost everything he draws must contain copious amounts of copyright notices, usually in the form of this disclaimer, written in large cursive any third-grader would be embarrassed to maintain (pity any poor bank employee who must look at his checks).

However, only '''daily''' newspaper comic strips have constant notices reminding about copyright due to their daily nature, and usually these notices are edited out of strip compilation books for basic aesthetic purposes. In most forms of media throughout the world, one copyright notice at the beginning of the work is enough to assert rights, and only the year is noted in a copyright notice. The way his copyrights are written, they are not in the traditional "mouse type" which is unobtrusive to most readers, but in large written letters which distract incredibly from his work.

Finally, the year of the creation of the ''specific'' work in question should be noted in the copyright notice; for example [[Sonichu 10]] should be "''© 2009-2010 CWC''" (abbreviations are allowed in notices). If Chris would want to specifically emphasize that Sonichu ''in general'' has existed since March 2000, he'd need to do so in an additional copyright notice (e.g. "''Sonichu'' Issue #10 © 2009-2010 CWC. ''Sonichu'' character © CWC, March 2000.") Due to this highly confused specification of work creation dates, if a copyright lawyer were hired by Chris in an attempt to maintain his copyrights, it would be questioned and would take considerable time to sort out; not fixing the dates would likely put his whole case in jeopardy if this ever went to court. The Sonichu character itself would have its copyright written as "Sonichu © 2000 - 2010 CWC" as months, ''and fucking question marks'' are not ever included in copyright dates. The series, however, would be written as "''Sonichu'' © 2004 - 2010 CWC".

Chris also obsessively includes copyright symbols in pictures he draws of Sonichu, including a picture he drew in the snow in his [[Holiday Greetings]] video and a doodle he drew on his ticket to the 2005 [[Anime Mid-Atlantic]] convention.

===Chris's motivations===
In any case, Chris doesn't really care so much what his copyright registration means and what it might or might not be good for, practically speaking. To him, it's mainly just a crutch for his ego. In the aftermath of his feud with [[Liquid Chris]], he sees it as the final and clinching proof that he himself is the TRUE and ORIGINAL creator of Sonichu. On 26 November 2009, he posted the following as part of an announcement on [[CWCipedia]], which is quite illuminating:

Translated from jackass, he's saying that he doesn't actually understand or care about the legal and economic ramifications of other people using his supposed intellectual property, so long as he's the one that gets the credit, not some impostor in brown stripes. ==Chris's views==

Chris is ''very'' protective of his characters. Well, as protective as an autistic manchild could be to such unoriginal monstrosities. Chris believes that his characters are officially "parodies", thus, he is allowed to create his multimedia empire on a legal loophole. What Chris fails to realize that is that parodies are essentially mockeries of something they're based on, done for laughs or as a commentary on the original work. According to the US Supreme Court, parody "is the use of some elements of a prior author's composition to create a new one that, at least in part, comments on that author's works." So unless Chris was, say, making commentary on commercialization by making a pastiche of what was popular at the time, it would be fine. The fact that it is parody and not plagiarism must also be made obvious.

Some examples: [[Wikipedia:"Weird Al" Yankovic|"Weird Al" Yankovic's]] songs are considered parodies. Note, however, that he obtains permission from artists whose songs he covers, going through the necessary legal process to make his work. Technically, as parodies, he wouldn't need to, but he does so out of good will, as the artist doesn't own the song, but rather the record company does. He also does his own work, including pastiche of artists' styles, and impressively so, with [[Wikipedia:Devo|Devo's]] frontman commenting that Weird Al's [[Transformers|"Dare to Be Stupid"]] encompassed his entire body of works in one gag tune. It's a known fact that Yankovic actually has one of the tightest, most competent legal teams in music to make sure his parodies don't get him in legal trouble down the road. [[Wikipedia:Mel Brooks|Mel Brooks']] works are considered parodies, but his most famous parodies either use works from the public domain (such as ''Young Frankenstein,'' based on the novel and done in the ''style of'' classic Frankenstein films) or cover similar plot points without actually lifting characters. In the case of ''Spaceballs'', which closely parodied ''Star Wars'', Brooks actually obtained permission from George Lucas in person, just to avoid even the possibility of trouble. Likewise, the creators of another famous parody, ''Airplane!'', acquired the rights to a film they were very closely parodying so there would be no legal trouble. Works that "parody" scenes by copying them verbatim, like ''Scary Movie'' or [[Family Guy|a certain animated sitcom]], are usually looked down upon for simply relying on [[Random Access Humor|constant references]] in lieu of actually parodying the original work.

Sonichu and Rosechu are ''not'' parodies, just shitty recolors. As mentioned on the "parody" page, Chris doesn't mean to make fun of the characters they're based on, nor make commentary of them. He slavishly imitates the kind of adventures they have in an attempt to tell his own stories. The stories he makes aren't commentaries on the style, message, or story of Sonic or Pokémon; he simply lifts elements and characters wholesale in lieu of creating his own world. Even his most original characters are either based on [[Christian Weston Chandler (comic character)|someone he knows]] or [[Flame the Sunbird|are cribbed extensively from existing characters]]. He might be able to claim a trademark on Flame the Sunbird, of all characters, because he's merely relentlessly derivative as opposed to stolen wholesale. The non-Chris-Chan core of the comics, though, most certainly cannot. If he'd just acknowledge that his stuff was crossover fan fiction, we wouldn't have this problem, but then, Chris would no longer be able to use his comic as an excuse for why he doesn't have a job.

Regardless of how much claim he's ''really'' entitled to, Chris will make a great deal of noise about protecting his work when he feels it is being threatened. Whenever he finds his work being used elsewhere without his permission, he ends up demanding that the offending work be taken down within 14 days or he will pursue legal action, sometimes accompanied by a picture of Chris and Sonichu glaring at the offender as if they can actually ''do'' something. Thus far, there is no evidence of Chris actually pursuing legal action against anyone. Whether the Chandlers even have access to a lawyer is questionable.

With the use of Sonichu, the [[Chaotic Combo]] and Chris himself in the [[Asperchu]] comics, Chris has used a brand new method to get his characters away from others - by [[death threats]].

'''August [[2010]]''' began rather silently, with Chris hooked on ''[[ModNation Racers]]'' to the point where it is seemingly bigger than ''[[LittleBigPlanet]]'' to him. However, a field agent's account of Chris at [[Charlottesville Fashion Square]] revealed that Chris's hatred of the [[Hex Bawx]] has risen to a new level when he saw Chris kicking a stall of Xbox 360 games while saying "kick that hex-bawx". Later, [[Bob]] and [[Barb]] (now thinner) were spotted eating at Chick-Fil-A.

For the most part, August 2010 was a very quiet month, with little [[Internet]] activity from Chris; there was almost nothing noteworthy to record. However, towards the end, things would be blown wide open when [[Matthew Noble call|a phone call audio]] is released between [[Bob Chandler]] and [[Alec Benson Leary|a worker at the GAMe PLACe]], revealing a number of things, including that his parents didn't know about his trespassing incident and that they feel that [[Michael Snyder]] is leading a conspiracy against their neighborhood and Chris in particular.

Also, to add to the newfound wave of activity from Chris, on August 27, Chris would break his vow of staying off the Internet in order to post [[EXCLUSIVE Manchester High School 2000 Reunion Required NOW|a video]] demanding that his high school reunion happen. Also [[Stardate, August 27, 2010|there was a video]] explaining that his [[PS3]] has been reformatted and the trolls have won. Two days later, to the joy of [[trolls|people]] everywhere, he [[The MovingFoward videos|trashes the bricked PS3]], subjecting it to [[I'LL BREAK YOU DEAD|all sorts of destructive acts]] before [[ItIsFinished.MOV|violently finishing it off the next day]] with his [[Son-Chu|car]]. After the tragic loss of his beloved PS3, on the final day of August, Chris was sighted in public again. Aside from this, Chris definitely ensured that August 2010 went out with a bang.

If we are to believe that Mary Rosechu was paraplegic sense birth, the above statement is a blatant lie, due to the fact that she would have needed assistance sense her first days. However, one can counter argue that he meant the Rosechu group in general. However, a rebuttal to that would be that Moe Rosechu's tail would prevent it from running on any kind of hamster wheel that chris probably conceived(specifically, ones with wires and gaps, meaning that her tail might get caught up in the wheel and get mangled/amputated).

If we take these educated guess's in mind, we can state that his above statement is a lie he thought up on the spot. In addition, his studdering in the first part of the above quote in response to the allegation would only reinforce this due to him trying to stall for time to think of something. Meaning that Alec hit the target right on the spot.

The Closest Rosechu to be depicted almost like The Rosechu. We can take this as a how the Sonichu story held up against the Asperchu comics. She exists to show 2 things, the current status of the "CWCverse" and the differences between Sonichu comics and Asperchu comics.

Note that her tail, while deformed, seems to still be under her muscle control, being held up in the air. This represent's chris' "Many imitators, one original" thought process, as Asperchu mimics Sonichu in many ways, but outwardly, they are nothing alike. And what Alec was implied to have done with her, runied one of her defining physical characteristics, her tail.

The Scratches on her represent the "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me". Compared to the other Basement Rosechus, she is both physically and mentally the healthiest (by CWCverse standards). Last, she is the defacto leader of the group. Seeing Chris' relationship between him and authority, this Rosechu is, in his eyes, the most important Rosechu. However, unlike Moe, who was unable to escape her captor, Chris, could have called it quits at any time over the last few years. So, either Chris is a glutton for punishment, or he perceives he HAS to be on the Internet. Seeing as how he handles stress, is it safe to say that the latter is probably true, and this would imply that he has a huge amount of unwarranted self-importance.

Mary is a representation of Chris's opinion on other disabilities. Where he believes that his autism is truly a hindrance, all other disabilities are more manageable than it. This is evidenced by the tail on Mary. Of all the Rosechus, she is the only one with a regular tail. And because her disability is so manageable, all she wants is a bubble bath. This shows an inability to empathize, not with an individual, but with an entire group of people.
However, she has an entire ear, from the way it was drawn, ripped off. This represents his assumption that, because others refuse to listen and do as he says, he is under no obligation to do the same. This mean that he has a problem with people who have disabilities that affect them far greater than his autism affects him. However, due to the perceived holy nature of himself, he graciously gives the girl a wheel chair. Nevertheless, he feels obligated to tell the audience that the wheelchair was freshly donated, and not new. This is an obvious attempt to show power over the greater disability community. This may be due to the fact that, whenever he is brought up on Autism boards, they tend to react negatively. This shows that he may have visited these sites (which, I do not know) at some point and, unable to take constructive criticisms, interpreted such criticisms as attacks on him. This would mean that he blames his bad reputations on such boards due to the much more widely distributed and known Asperchu. She exists simply to show his displeasure with the online disability community.

True but I'm hoping to cover the breadth of Chris's prejudice beyond race and homosexuals alone. We've logged prejudice against groups like women and authority figures in some CWCki pages, but they have'nt been covered in it's own pages because Chris has'nt held them up to the extent he has towards blacks and homosexuals, so I think this page should bring everything together and explain his general intolerance for all the groups he dislikes. This probably isn't a big surprise to anyone, but Chris was also at Fridays After Five on July 16th. No pictures, I'm afraid. He was wearing a bright orange sleeveless shirt with what looked like a beer logo on the back and holding a Budweiser aluminum bottle, a little mini fan made to look like an iPod, and a hula hoop for some reason. Most importantly he had a sort of basic attraction sign with him, nothing elaborate or directly sexual but it said something like "Friendly and Flirty Man Zone" or something similar to that and with more smaller text under that I couldn't make out. He was sitting on the back grass part and left a few minutes before the music was over. I would have loved to catch Chris's attempts at using the hula hoop, I bet that was funny as hell. The fan-works thing started out as a few fun little comics and stories that where just basically bored people fucking around and satirizing Chris' shit. Then people started taking it seriously, or trying to become e-famous, or just generally being self important and retarded. People on /cwc/ follow most of the same "rules" as other imageboards (e.g. 4chan, 7chan, etc.) and as such tend to ban furries and stuff because they spam their boards with fetish porn. On the CWCki, this isn't an issue, and so we have a more lax set of rules. For people who don't understand the difference between the two systems, they might be led to believe that we are a furry site, when in fact we are just tolerant. I wouldn't worry about it too much. == Spotted Chris at Game Stop ==

Another sighting! I went over to the GameStop at the mall and lo and behold, Christian Weston Chandler in all his glory. He was wearing jeans and plain gray shirt that was too small for him. I say too small because his chest was definitely accentuated and they came up a wee bit too shirt for a T-Shirt to be at. He was checking out the PS Triple section the majority of the time. I happened to look over my shoulder at one point and there he was, bent over with his tighty whities pulled up too far on his body, his shirt coming up rather far over his back. What he was bent over for, I have no idea. I turned back to what I was looking at and he was sighing periodically over who knows what. Then I heard, "kick da hex-box...kick da hex-box...kick da hex-box..." I had to look. He was kicking a row of X-Box games while saying it. It wasn't hard enough to knock things over, but still...what the fuuuuuck? The employee gave him a glance but didn't say anything. I'm assuming he does this on a regular basis that they just ignore him. Now that I think back on it, he was probably sighing because the PS Triple section is right next to the X-Box section and he was getting stuh-ressed that the games were touching. He left shortly after that so I was able to look at the vidya with no further disturbances.

I later decided to get a bite to eat at the Sbarros and holy shit, there was the lumberjack and the Snorlax feasting on Chick-Fil-A. They both wore baseball caps and you could definitely tell the past couple of years(or however old the most recent pictures of them were taken) haven't been kind to them. I have some unfortunate news that the Snorlax isn't as fat as she used to be(from the one picture we have). In fact, her legs were incredibly skinny. Probably even skinnier than Chris'. Her clothing looked like it hung from her loosely. She could just have the same oddly shaped body that Chris has. Either way, she didn't really look that healthy. Bob was very scruffy(probably can't shave because of his age) and shuffled around with a slight hunch. A little while later, Chris joined them before they all got up and left. Chris' underwear was bunched up over his pants and sticking out. Chris walked with his mother out, his arm around her and rubbing her back. I overheard him tell his mom, "I love you, mother." I posted this a month or so ago on Champthom's usertalk page since he was the one who originally made these pages, but I figured that it might be better off here. Right now, out of 26 different relics, a total of 10 of them have the suffix "of fail". I think that the 'of fail' tag on the end of many of the items is a bit stale. Not only does it make them all seem generic and without personality, but 'of fail' just seems kind of juvenile. I'd like to start a vote to change the majority of the names to give them more flair, so they stand out more. Talked about it in IRC a few nights ago, and the consensus seemed to agree. One of the names thrown around was to change "Plush Boobs of Fail" into something along the lines of "Plush Boobs of Repressed Sexuality." Give them names that indicate their use, descriptors that tell you about the item before you even read about it. "Pokewalker of Sloth" or "Pokewalker of Inactivity". Even if the 'of fail' tag is supposed to indicate that Chris created it himself, there's no reason for the Plush Boobs and Sailor Moon Poster to have it included. Let me know what you think. On 5 December 2009, Chris wrote a long essay that made little sense, which mainly consisted of him bawwing that he was a unique and special snowflake, and that Aspies are faking fakers that take away the specialness of his autism. It must be noted that this entire storyline was a result of Chris being trolled hard by the people over at ED, who drew fan art of Rosechu with a dick to make Chris RAGE...and RAGE he did. An epilogue has former sweetheart [[Sarah Jackson]] killed by [[Optimus Prime]]; another former sweetheart, [[Blanca]], returned to Kentucky and her boyfriend (which makes no fucking sense storyline wise; truth is that she was a troll and Chris failed at writing her out); a two sentence memorial to [[Ryan Cash]]; and a dedication to Sweetheart-of-the-moment [[PandaHalo]].

For about the latter five years of the 90s, 14 Branchland Court in Ruckersville was empty while the Chandlers lived in Richmond and Chris was in high school. If they'd successfully sold 14 Branchland Court, they would have had the money to buy a permanent place in the Richmond area. Since they couldn't sell it, it wasn't cost-effective to keep renting homes in Richmond while also paying property taxes on the Ruckersville house and letting it fall into even worse disrepair. Thus, the move back to Ruckersville after Chris graduated high school. Which more or less rings true to me, altogether. (The part about realtors conspiring with the school district...well, yeah.)
