I heard you were an expert in computers so I was hoping you could help me out with a problem (it's a maths/statistics problem as well and I know you excelled in maths). I recently installed OpenSolaris on my NAS. As per ZFS pool version 21, I am running SHA-256 deduplication routines on my zpool which result in cluster hashing dramatically reducing the size of my dataset by resecting duplicated chunks. However, I am concerned about the possibility of hash collisions- I know that the likelyhood of an SHA-256 collision is about fifty orders of magnitude lower than the statistical probability of an undetected bitflip on ECC RAM, so I was wondering; precisely how much data can my vdevs store before the statistical probability of a hash collision becomes one?

*Chris says he has 14 dollars in his bank. It is very hard to make out what they are saying. His mom is telling him that he needs to do more, he starts talking about how once he copyrights Sonichu people will make games for him and he'll get the money for it.
*Barb starts talking about how hard her life was, and how Chris needs to show more humility if he wants to make money.
*Barb says that the reason why the house is messy and she doesn't work is because "she's been sick for so long."
*"I almost killed myself at least twice." -Barb talking about going to the hospital ''because of things falling on her in their house.''
*Barb complaining about Bob and how all he does is make it look like he does all the work around the house. Complains about Bob not having sex with her.
*She is telling Chris to clean the house and how he's been slacking off for too long. Chris starts yelling and whining about how he can't do anything because there is nothing to do. It makes no sense and Barb is getting angry.

*Kacey says he should get rid of his toys because he's 27. Chris gets really upset at this idea of this. "Ahm gonna think about that..."
*Kacey says that he needs to make his room look like he's an adult, and for him to get rid of all his childish toys and posters.
*Kacey says that Chris needs to throw out 95% of his toys. Chris says that he will take that into great consideration. Kacey says he's bullshitting and bets he won't do it.
*Chris says he will take Kacey up on her offer and he'll do it by Tuesday.
*Chris almost calls Kacey his mom.
*Chris' family uses all plastic forks, spoons, and knives. The reason being is that his family can't find the actual silverware under all the dirty dishes.
*His house is filled with ants, flies, and wasps from not cleaning.

*Chris gets mad about getting his PSN accounts hacked, Kacey points out that he's way more passionate about that than about those girls

*If Chris went to Ihop with his parents it would "mess things up" because they're using their senior discount to buy Chris sandwiches

*Chris wrote a list of nice discussion topics because he doesn't want Kacey to yell at him again
*First topic: Hannah Montanna. Kacey says it's for 12 year old girls, Chris thinks it's pretty good and wants to buy it on Blu-Ray
*Second topic: Chris's College Days. His first good memory is the time a hypnotist came and included Chris in his act.
*First the hypnotist wanted Chris to insult him, so Chris called him "Uncle Screwy Louie". He still thinks it's funny.
*Then the hypnotist said "when you open your eyes you'll see everyone naked". Chris didn't really see anyone naked, but he played along as smiled at the ladies.
