And in lack of better judgment, perspective or thought, he/she felt need to distance him/herself from you to not talk about the cancer, so the impulsive word-choice there was break-up, or something else related. And in lack of better judgment, perspective or thought, he/she felt need to distance him/herself from you to not talk about the cancer, so the impulsive word-choice there was break-up, or something else related.
