You're not going to see $3500 again, especially not with a used PS3 and Chris's relatively small stack of used games. It's a miracle to make back your investment.

Even on eBay, you're only going to profit if you have the latest and greatest console during the first month of the launch and said console can't easily be found in stores. Even that has it's limits though usually only a couple hundred more than retail. The only way you can truly profit in the above-$5000 range is if you sell your whole game library (which obviously needs to be massive) or if you have a rarity like an RDI Halcyon prototype or a NeoGeo AES with a sizable stack of games.

The PS3 and games cost Chris somewhere in the vicinity of $3500, a fact that is mentioned in a lot of places on this site. $3500 is just a little over half of the troll prize ($9001). Resale value for games is never a matter of making profit, it's about breaking even. You're not going to see $3500 again, especially not with a used PS3 and Chris's relatively small stack of used games. It's a miracle to make back your investment.

Even on eBay, you're only going to profit if you have the latest and greatest console during the first month of the launch and said console can't easily be found in stores. Even that has it's limits though usually only a couple hundred more than retail. The only way you can truly profit in the above-$5000 range is if you sell your whole game library (which obviously needs to be massive) or if you have a rarity like an RDI Halcyon prototype or a NeoGeo AES with a sizable stack of games.

And now we have David Crass's letter, which started in mailbag 4, Then got rejected, then got answered a week after it was rejected, then went to mail bag 10, so that letters' in three places at once. This is just getting ridiculous.

Now, I'm not a mod or an admin or anything official sounding, but unless someone objects, I'm going to take the following course of action this very evening:
*Update the mailbag template to have specific links for letters answered, Rejected letters, and Autisim letters.

The way it works is his sysop (who is secretly Cogs) makes a mailbag page with a selection of the best E-mails, and then Chris gets around to answering them when he's good and ready. My understanding is they're screened pretty thoroughly, and ever if yours makes the cut, there's an awful lot of e-mail to go through, so It might be a few days.

Hi, I'm not a very interesting person (at least not when put into normal perspective, or compared to CWC).

My opinion on Chris is that he's fascinating in the trainwreck sense. I almost had sympathy for him when I first found out about him (near the end of the Megan saga, right after the Parappa contest I believe) but after his latest tardstunts I feel that not only is he a parasitic, soulless, self-absorbed and generally CREEPY douchebag, but I feel that he is one day going to murder Bob and Barbara and then shoot a bunch of girls just like the Son of Sam.

As for why I chose Cadpig as my user name, I was looking through random 90's cartoon descriptions, and found 101 Dalmataions, shitty cartoon but it kept me and my siblings interested when nothing else was on. It's also more original than ValallaDeathGundam.

I'm not denying that he has problems (as that should be very obvious), but I think that he is highly-functioning enough for wellfare to be unwarranted (he likely put that his autism hampers his social skills and thus renders him unfit for work, his large Internet presence is proof enough that this is bullshit).

The only record of his autism is that 2004 paper which, for reasons as mentioned in it's article is not really a good analysis of Chris's condition, so if they decide to investigate it would be most likely mandantory for them to get a fresh opinion. Also, this page (which will eventually surface in any search of CWC, most likely Chris will mention it himself) shows all the money wasted by Chris, and is damning evidence IMO (though CWCki being a semi-biased third-party, there will be concerns about legitimacy, and obviously Chris will decry "HACKERS").

I am serious about doing this as not only would this potentially direct my tax money to someone who needs it (or another leech amirite :P ) but it would also be a welcome kick into reality for Chris. The only problem is that I don't know exactly who to contact, should I write to my Congressman, to the Social Security Administration, or to the Virginia Employment Commission directly?

I apologize if this has been asked before, I'm a n00b plus I haven't seen anything about it here.

That sucks! >_< I'm going to try anyway though. Even if it ends in failure like all the rest, I can at least say that I tried instead of idly paying for Chris's blowup dolls and video games.
