Among many things, the '''continuity''' in the [[Sonichu (comic)|''Sonichu'' series]] is entirely full of [[fail]]. The following is a list of continuity errors and retcons in the series:

==Every ''Sonichu'' comic ever==

* The appearance of [[Christian Weston Chandler (comic character)|Chris]] in the comics, and, to a lesser extent, other characters.

==Characters==
===Disappearances===
Because the ''Sonichu'' comics lack a clear overall plotline, essentially consisting of whatever pops into Chris's autistic head, many characters disappear from the strip without explanation. Chris presumably forgets about them, and only gives them cameos in later issues after [[Trolls|the fanbase]] ask what happened to them.
* After [[Sonichu 1|''Sonichu'' #1]], [[Kel]] ([[Rosechu]]'s original trainer) inexplicably disappeared from the comics. Chris later retconned in the [[CWCipedia]] that she "continued her Pok'emon Master Journey." She was mentioned in [[Sonichu 9]], with minor details that so far had only appeared in the CWCipedia being referenced. She returned in [[Sonichu 10|''Sonichu'' #10]], killing [[Fan:Moon-Pals|Sean]].
* [[Sonic]] does not appear after [[Sonichu 1|''Sonichu'' #1]]. He will supposedly appear again in [[Sonichu 11|''Sonichu'' #11]], but Chris likely won't make it that far.
*[[Doctor Robotnik]] and [[Giovanni]] were set up initially as the main villains, but Robotnik vanishes after ''[[Sonichu 1|''Sonichu'' #1]]'' and Giovanni after ''[[Sonichu 3|''Sonichu'' #3]]''. They briefly reappear in ''[[Sonichu 9|''Sonichu'' #9]]''.
* [[Metal Sonichu]] was sent to the [[Moon]] by Sonic in [[Sonichu 1|''Sonichu'' #1]] and is never seen nor heard from again. As with Sonic, Chris claims that Metal will return in [[Sonichu 11|''Sonichu'' #11]] or [[Sonichu 12|#12]].
* [[Crystal Weston Chandler (sister)]] was trapped in the [[Dark Mirror Hole]] during [[Sonichu 5|''Sonichu'' #5]], and whilst she was mentioned afterward in a few issues, was mostly forgotten by [[Sonichu 8|''Sonichu'' #8]] and not even mentioned in [[Sonichu 9|''Sonichu'' #9]]. However, Crystal was finally saved in [[Sonichu 10|''Sonichu'' #10]] by [[Collosal Chan|Collosal Chris-Chan]], who simply enters the mirror and picks her up with very little drama or fanfare. It's possible that Chris had entirely forgotten about this particular plot thread, but was reminded of it after several letters complaining about discontinuity in the [[Mailbag]].

* [[BILLY MAYS]] suddenly appeared in [[Sonichu 9|''Sonichu'' #9]] with Chris proclaiming that he has been his bodyguard and body double (and never mayor) all this time. However, he never gives an explanation where he was during the numerous times when Chris was getting the shit beaten out of him by [[jerkops]].
*[[Jiggliami]], [[Blanca]], [[Sailor Megtune]], [[Megagi La Skunk]], [[Ivy]] and [[Layla Flaaffy]] all appear in the comic without explanation.

==Items==

*The [[Sonichu Ball]]s are later renamed "Sonichu Ball Crystals" and after that "Chaotic Crystals".
*The [[Legendary Master Sunstone]], an immensely powerful jewel with the ability to control the growth of every living thing, is stolen by [[Blake]] in [[Sonichu 3|''Sonichu'' #3]], and later recovered by the [[Chaotic Combo]]. Despite its huge power, it never reappears in the series.

==Chronology==
*''[[Sonichu 0|''Sonichu'' #0]]'' says that Sonichu is 16 years old and Rosechu is 15, which would be true in [[2004]] when the comic was drawn, but not in [[Sonichu chronology#1998|1998]], when Chris later declared the story took place.
*It is not certain when [[Rosechu]] and [[Sonichu]] left [[Kel]] and moved into 14 Brunchville Lane: Chris has given the date as [[Sonichu chronology#2000|November 1998 and 8 June 2000]].
*Chris claimed that he became Mayor of [[CWCville]] in [[Sonichu chronology#2000|July 2000]], but this date is after the events of ''[[Sonichu 1|''Sonichu'' #1]]'', in which he was referred to as Mayor, and also occurs after he granted Rosechu and Sonichu a house using his mayoral powers.
*Chris has claimed that Episodes 13 and 14 occur on [[Sonichu chronology#2006|29 April 2006]], but this date is before [[Patti-Chan]] went to CWCville on [[Sonichu chronology#2006|27 June]] in Episode 12.5 (Episode 12.5 is supposed to take place before 13 and 14).
*[[Bionic]] puts [[Reldnahc]] into a coma on [[Sonichu chronology#2007|11 October 2007]], and he doesn't wake up until 20 December. But, he is somehow present at [[Slaweel Ryam]]'s meeting of villains on 2 November.
* In ''[[Sonichu 10|''Sonichu'' #10]]'', Crystal says that she'll get President [[Barack Obama|Obama]] to remove the [[Asperpedia]], although this event takes place during [[Sonichu chronology#2008|August 2008]], three months before Obama was even elected, and five months before he took office.
* In that same issue, Chris "cures" the world of [[homosexuality]] and [[The Wallflower|asexuality]]. Near the end of the issue, he goes about making homosexuality legal in [[CWCville]], but not same-sex marriage. Also, much earlier, the vaccine to cure homosexuality is developed thanks to him donating his blood in the future, in effect creating a time paradox.
* Chris has claimed that all of the [[Electric Hedgehog Pokémon]] — except for [[Sonichu]], [[Rosechu]] and [[Blake]] — came from eggs sent back in time to [[Sonichu chronology#1989|2 February 1989]], but he's also established that [[Darkbind]], [[Zelina]], [[Jamsta]], [[Lolisa]], [[Simonla]] and [[Silvana]] are too old to have been hatched on this date. [[Blazebob]], [[Chloe]] and [[Zapina]] are hatched much later for reasons unaccounted for.
*In "[[A Sonichu and Rosechu Christmas Story]]" and [[Sonichu 11|''Sonichu'' #11]], Cerah is claimed to attend elementary school, even though it is set in [[Sonichu chronology#2008|December 2008]] and she was born on [[Sonichu chronology#2006|29 June 2006]], making her far too young to attend school (assuming that Electric Hedgehog Pokémon age at the same rate as humans).

'''''South Park''''' is a popular animated comedy program on Comedy Central. [[Chris]] is an avowed fan of the series. His collection of [[List_of_Chris's_PSN_video_downloads|PlayStation Network video downloads]] and [[Netflix]] downloads include dozens of ''South Park'' episodes, and he's swiped both its content and style on more than one occasion in his comics.

Beel is the receptionist at the [[4-cent_garbage.com]] building in [[Sonichu 8|''Sonichu'' #8]]. His appearance seems to be somewhat based on the [[Wikipedia:List of supporting characters on South Park#Satan|Satan]] character on ''South Park'', with the exception of his lack of facial hair and cloven hooves as featured on Satan. The Satan character on the show is a [[homos|homo]], and was engaged in love affairs with [[Wikipedia:List of supporting characters on South Park#Saddam Hussein|Saddam Hussein]] and other male characters.

===CADD Chef===

CADD Chef is a minor villain. One can easily tell that this character (although based on Kene Meneru, one of Chris's teachers at [[Piedmont Virginia Community College]]) is a blatant ripoff of [[Wikipedia:Isaac Hayes|Isaac Hayes]]'s "[[Wikipedia:Chef (South Park)|Chef]]" character from ''South Park'', not just in appearance but also in one of his quotes.

===[[Sonichu and Rosechu's Luv Shack]]===

The title of Chris's gallery of hideous Rule 34 is copied from the title the [[video game]] ''[[Wikipedia:South Park: Chef's Luv Shack|South Park: Chef's Luv Shack]]''.

==Chris fails to grasp ''South Park''==

After the release of Chris's audio recording of his [[April 2010]] [[Michael Snyder is ColdHearted and Mean|confrontation with Michael Snyder]], [[Vivian Gee]] used that audio to compose a parody video, setting the recording to a ''South Park''-style animation that featured Chris in the role of a bigoted Cartman-esque character.

Chris commented on the video's [[YouTube]] page, having fundamentally missed the point: "I'm going to tell you right now that if you were trying to offend me with this "South Park" Parody; You Failed. This is just SOO FUNNY!"

It appears that Chris doesn't understand the show's presentation of characters like Cartman. While Cartman (and to a lesser extent his friends, when they're in their more sociopathic modes) is meant to come across as a selfish little snot devoid of any redeeming qualities, Chris apparently views him as some kind of role model or example of appropriately entertaining behavior, hence his obvious pleasure at the comparison Vivian's video created. Further evidence of Chris having a positive view of Cartman appears in [[Mailbag_35#In_which_Chris_tells_us_that_we_need_to_go_look_up_what_he_stole_from|Mailbag 35]], where Chris seems to see Cartman as a good Christian looking to save the souls of rest of the children on the show.<ref>[[Mailbag 35#In which Chris tells us that we need to go look up what he stole from]]</ref>
