On 12 [[March 2021]], Chris wrote out a '''list of positive affirmations''' about himself as part of a [[Mass debating|self-love]] project. He posted the three-page-long list to the [[Watchmen]] server [[The Place]]. The list is a thoroughly delusional assessment of his character traits and abilities.

The project also involved him writing out a list of self-criticisms and blockages. Chris never posted the list and stated that he would burn it, but claimed that it was two pages long- a surprising length considering that the affirmations list absolved him of just about every fault imaginable.

For the sake of the majority, I will confide a photograph of the blockages list to a few highly-trustworthy individuals, so in turn, they will know that they have all been addressed, that they were the deeper concerns of my past that the majority of individuals in this universe do not fully comprehend, because they pretty much only have been scratching the surface of me, and optionally, of their discretion, share with others, publicly in terms that they can better understand. Since its inception, Chris more or less treated the page as free web hosting, a place to put his comics without having to pay for the resulting bandwidth use. CWCipedia also served as the ultimate test of MediaWiki's software and its usability, in that it strove to create a platform even an [[autism|autistic]] manchild/layabout can easily use. While Chris does possess some "[[Emily Date Conversation Transcript#Bob's work history (0:07:18–0:16:58)|technological]]" intelligence, he still managed to fuck it up from time to time, even with a Sysop holding his hand.

==Origins==
Cogsdev informed Chris of the CWCipedia's existence some time in May of 2009. Subsequently, Chris began to edit it on 7 [[June 2009]].

For several months Chris's use of the wiki proceeded without incident. He was able to display his comics and music, share more details of his personal life, reveal more background information about the world of [[CWCville]], and shout his bizarre homophobic rantings from the virtual rooftops in peace. The administrators of the site remained a silent, benevolent force behind the scenes.

Towards the end of 2009, this would change.

Chris also had a tendency to let his mind wander while typing up his entries. For example, in his [[Sonichu]] article, he ended up going off on a tangent explaining what had happened to [[Kel]] (even though it didn't involve Sonichu at all), and the fact that Chris himself is the leader of the [[CWCville]] Pokémon gym. This led into Chris describing his supposed gym at length, what Pokémon he had in his team, and his collection of Pokémon in the game (in addition to their level and how he had leveled them). This somehow led to an idea for a ''Pokémon'' game system that was basically just the "Solid Vision" holographic projector system from ''[[Yu-Gi-Oh!]]'', except with Pokémon. After all of that tangential nonsense, he got back to talking about Sonichu again.

As 2009 came to a close, CWCipedia's operators ran into financial trouble keeping the site in the black, given the many hits it received on a daily basis and the profusion of large files that were held on its servers. To help keep the site up and running for its [[True and Loyal Fanbase]], the Sysop that maintained the website for Chris turned to selling advertising space on the site. Due to the somewhat complicated laws of the jurisdiction in which the servers resided, ads could only be purchased from within the European Union. Chris made no money from advertisement revenue; all of it went towards keeping the CWCipedia up and running.

These ads were all randomly generated by metadata from Chris and the people browsing the site, not special hand-crafted ads made by [[trolls]], but because of the occasional troll with gay porn in their cookies the odd homoerotic ad appeared, and Chris was not pleased. Chris responded to these ads with a few complaints to the admin and [[Jack Thaddeus]], who was the only donor who delivered over €1,000 (then US$1,482), qualifying him to create '''custom''' advertisements on the site. [[CWC Blog#7 December 2009|In a blog post]], Chris hoped that ''someone'' within the EU would be able to step up and donate so much money that they'd not only qualify for custom ads, as Jack had, but help to ''remove'' the [[homos|homoerotic]] ads that appeared on the site (even though most online advertisers give ''no'' such heavy-handed preferential treatment to premium advertisers, and indeed, no such stated policy existed with CWCipedia either). Shockingly, none of his European fans felt like donating thousands of Euros so that Chris didn't have to occasionally glimpse a [[Brassieres For Males|shirtless man]].

On 27 December 2009, the ad space, previously at the very bottom of CWCipedia's navbar on the left side of the page, was moved to the very top of the navbar. Another ad appeared on Chris's main page beside the logo. On 28 December, Chris flipped out and replaced it with an ad for his beloved [[My Coke Rewards]] program. The sysop reverted it and reprimanded Chris, informing him that he (Chris) had no control over the ad placement.

On 30 December 2009 Chris, unable to change the now-protected main page, lashed out the only way he could, by adding a block of text to the bottom of his (already hideously ugly and cluttered) front page image, declaring that no ads were allowed on that page. Furthermore, it said that he would not remove this block of text until the offending ads were removed from the main page. In other words, Chris defaced ''his own website'' in an attempt to get ''someone else'' to stop advertising on it. This, obviously, did not work.

On 2 January 2010, Chris began cluttering the website with his ads again, shilling for [[CWC Cola|Coca-Cola]], ''[[Wild Sonichu|Avatar]]'', and [[It's UGH!|Proposition 8]]. He bestowed upon himself the title of [[Address to my Cwcipedia SysOp|Captain]], posting to CWCipedia:

Due to gay porn ads on the CWCipedia, on 1 [[February 2010]] Chris [[Address to Mao, the S.O.B.|unleashed]] a [[Curse-ye-ha-me-ha|curse]] upon Mao "Bamboo" Ling, after which he "[[Apologies to Alec and Evan|apologized]]" to Alec and [[Evan]].

Eventually, on 26 [[February 2010]], Jack Thaddeus returned with an unclickable ad reading "JACK'S BACK" and featuring a picture of a giant ejaculating [[duck]]. Chris, surprisingly, never reacted, conceivably not having seen it.

==The Twitter feed==

On 25 December 2009, the WikiSysop added a live Twitter feed to the [[Mailbag|mailbag]]. This was short-lived, as on the early morning of the 27th Chris removed it in a fit of rage and added the following note:

Exactly five minutes later, Chris would create a special page for the Twitter feed, and delete the homophobic outburst quoted above. Chris would create a Twitter account for himself [[Chris and hypocrisy|the very next day]], regaling his followers with stories of him doing yardwork. The wise and the magnanimous Sysop later put the feed on the front page of CWCipedia, due to the fact that ''(ahem)'' it probably needed some wider exposure.

== A history of (un)availability ==

During the last weeks of 2009, Chris became more and more infuriated as the gay ads continued piling up. In desperation, Chris began placing ads of his own that didn't inspire uncomfortable questions about his sexuality. Again, the Sysop ordered Chris to cease his insubordination.

On 2 January 2010, the CWCipedia was served a cease and desist notice by the Coca-Cola Company for its unauthorized use of their logo on the site. Thus, the Sysop was forced to close the website for a few days until the matter could be resolved. Having gotten a little first-hand lesson regarding what [[Chris and copyright|copyright law]] is all about, Chris issued an [[This_was_my_fault|apology]] on YouTube. In the video, he claimed that he thought Coke would appreciate the free advertisement, naturally unaware that Coke probably don't want their products advertised on a quasi-literate homophobe's shrine to his own Sonic recolors.

Within a few days, all depictions of the logo were removed and the site was up and running.

===Closed (again) due to theft===

In the early morning of 6 February 2010, the CWCipedia was closed down again, this time thanks to a [[Wikipedia:Digital Millennium Copyright Act|DMCA]] request from representatives of [[Evan|Evan George]]. According to the request, Chris's use of the character [[Simonla Rosechu]] on his website and in his comics infringed upon Evan's intellectual property, as Simonla was clearly derivative of Evan's character [[Simonchu]]. This was most likely triggered by Chris's announcement, [[5 February 2010|in a video from 5 February]], that he agreed to do away with Simonla and stop featuring her in his comics, but only at an unspecified "later" time.

Three days after the CWCipedia was locked to edits, it was wiped from the Internet entirely. In its place appeared a redirect link to Asperpedia; however, due to a bug, it redirected to an online role-playing game, ''Dogs of the Seas''.

===CWCipedia lives on===
On 12 February 2010, the CWCipedia was revived to a certain extent. Although it was still locked to edits and only a "login required" screen was accessible, it was functional enough for Alec Benson Leary to display the first two pages of [[Asperchu#Sonichu_Revolution|''Sonichu Revolution'']]. The next day, Chris fulfilled [[Evan]]'s request and the CWCipedia was restored for all people to see. ''Sonichu Revolution'' continued onward from there, prominently featured at the top of every page of the CWCipedia.

On 24 February 2010, a new set of ads appeared on the CWCipedia, calling Chris out on his [[Christian Love Day (video)|unwarranted self-importance]] on his birthday, with a message from Sean imploring fans to give gifts to victims in Haiti instead. Going into [[March 2010]], Chris appeared to lose all interest in updating the site or presenting any meaningful new content. He neglected updating the Mailbag and stopped uploading new comic pages. His only additions to the site in the first three weeks of March were a series of rants directed at trolls and his fans, where he accused them of breaking up his pursuit of [[The Wallflower]] and complained that the demand for new ''Sonichu'' comics was ruining his life.

On 18 March 2010, CWCipedia was taken down and replaced with a redirect to a [[parody]] version of the website run by [[Mao]]. The Sysop had decided to allow Mao to buy a permanent redirect for $100. Since Chris was the Captain, he decided to sail the S.S. ''CWCipedia'' into an iceberg and let it sink, making Jack pull all his funding and forcing the Sysop to shut the site down for good.

A day later, however, the original CWCipedia returned. At the same time, Mao was given sysop, bureaucrat, and oversight powers on the site, suggesting the arrival of a new "captain" on deck. The result was much good vandalism, most notably on the main page itself, by "Kine", "SEANBOTMK2", "ALECBOTMK2", "EVANBOTMK2", and "Metal Asperchu". Soon, account creation was enabled for all and the website was vandalised beyond recognition in a glorious blizzard of [[pickle|pickles]] and [[DIRTY, CRAPPED BRIEFS|unflattering internal links]].

===CWCipedia death and resurrection===
Early on 22 March, the Sysop returned to the site after being busy on other projects and quickly reversed everything back to the pre-Mao state of the site. However, much of the vandalism continued to remain in the history of many of the pages, and several pages were not changed back, either due to her skipping over them or simply not caring.

During the early hours of 31 March, the front page of the CWCipedia [[Patti Chandler|decomposed]] into HTML code. This was attributed to the nature of the 110mb server. The [[Honest content|TRUE and HONEST]] version created by [[Mao]] died in July.

Whether it was coincidence or an act of Godbearjesus, the CWCipedia came back on Easter Sunday. It is more likely that some technicians actually worked through the Easter weekend just so an autistic manchild could carry on putting up badly drawn comics when he felt like it.

===Traitorous mutiny===
On 24 [[April 2010]], the Sysop uploaded the rest of [[Sonichu 11|''Sonichu'' #11]] and updated the [[Captain's Log]]. However, many quickly learned that these new pages may not have been as TRUE and HONEST as they first appeared, as they involved [[Sonichu]] and [[Rosechu]] filing for divorce, [[Reginald Sneasel]] whipping [[pickle|it]] out in front of [[Robbie]], [[Sandy]] getting hit by a car, [[Wild]] committing suicide by blowing his head off, and all three of the [[Sonichu and Rosechu's Children|Sonichu kids]] getting killed by drinking detergent (actually, Cerah survived, but was put out of her misery by being smothered with a pillow). Two days later, Chris discovered the vandalism and replaced all of the images with a disclaimer that work on ''Sonichu'' #11 was ongoing. He then called out on the Sysop's "traitorous mutiny", but was willing to forgive her, probably by virtue of [[Chris and gender|her gender]]. He then ranted about how he would find peace off the Internet, [[Youtube Finale|suggesting he may]] [[03212010 C-Ya Later.MOV|quit the Internet]]... again. ('''SPOILER ALERT:''' He didn't.)

On 13 [[May 2010]], a new user called DariaCamacho appeared on the CWCipedia. She then proceeded to edit the main page and its templates as well as making new character bios. Chris, still highly paranoid after [[Jackie e-mails|Jackie]], reverted her edits on 14 May. The next day, displaying HTML skills similar to Chris, she broke the main page, which was again reverted, and added a message to her talk page asking Chris why he didn't appreciate her edits. [[Ego|We all know why.]] Chris then added his own response on 16 May, telling her not to "[[South Park]]" his work.

DariaCamacho was eventually revealed to be Mao.

===CWCipedia gets gang-banged (again)===
On 26 May 2010, CWCipedia was hacked, again. And once again, it was open to everyone. Several pages, once blanked and/or deleted were restored, and [[Sonichu 11|''Sonichu'' #11]] had the FALSE and DISHONEST comic pages back up.

Frustrated by this new wave of trolling, Chris, [[100 2188|in a video message]], abandoned ship:

Following allegations in late [[July 2021|July]] and the eventual confirmation that [[Christian Weston Chandler|Chris]] had committed [[incest]] with [[Barb]], hundreds of people contacted the Greene County police, and authorities conducted a welfare check on the Chandler home, issuing an Emergency Protective Order on [[Christian Weston Chandler|Chris]] the following day (essentially a temporary week-long restraining order). Chris was made temporarily homeless, and stayed at the Regency Inn Richmond for the meantime. Chris was '''arrested on 1 [[August 2021]]''', outside of the Inn. The arrest was captured live on stream by several onlookers. Surprisingly, given Chris's past history with [[Chris and the law|the law]], he made no attempt to resist arrest, and was cooperative with police.

As of writing, Chris is currently being held at the Central Virginia Regional Jail and is currently awaiting trial for the charge of incest, as well as further charges yet to be identified. He was arraigned on 5 August 2021 and held without bond pending a mental health evaluation until 18 November.<ref name="ContinuanceDate"/>

It is a [[Chris and the law|criminal offense]] in Virginia to engage in incest - sexual activities between a parent and a child are a class 5 felony, punishable on indictment by up to 10 years incarceration.

Early on the morning of 30 July, prompted by someone reporting the leaks, Greene County Police visited [[14 Branchland Court]] for a [[Welfare check|wellness check]],<ref name="sun"/> at which point Chris was issued an Emergency Protective Order, forbidding contact between Chris and Barbara, and preventing him from remaining at her residence until 5 August. As a result of the protection order levied against Chris, he was without a home. Initial plans to stay with extended family were disrupted after the invitation was rescinded. Due to [[Financhu Crisis|ongoing financial problems]], Chris could not afford a hotel. [[Null]] told him to sleep in [[Son-Chu#Barb's Dodge Caravan|his van]] for one night and that he would have have the proceeds of Chris's GoFundMe (originally intended for Chris's trip to [[Everfree Northwest]]) transferred to his bank account the following day. Chris told Null in his messages that he was spending the night of 30-31 July in his car and that he would go to a mall as soon as it opened in the morning and loiter there. The two malls he mentioned, [[Leonard Bearstein|Regency Mall]] and Chesterfield Towne Center, are in [[Richmond]]. This suggests that the family members with whom he intended to stay are his [[Aunt Harriet and Uncle Tom]], who live in the Richmond area, and that they did not rescind their invitation until he had actually arrived at their home. In his [[Chris's letter from jail|letter from jail]], Chris confirmed that he did in fact intend to stay with them, but stated that they “caste [sic] [him] out before [he] even arrived in Midlothian”.

On 30th of July, Everfree Northwest posted that "appropriate action to protect the vulnerable" will be taken; while not naming Chris, it is suspected that that this tweet refers to the revocation of Chris's invitation to the convention,<ref>[[:File:EverfreeNorthwestBansChris.jpg|Everfree Northwest tweet]]</ref> which Null subsequently confirmed. Due to the disturbing and lurid nature of the allegations, hashtags and topics such as #ChrisChan and #CHRISCHANDIDWHAT trended on Twitter, reaching 4th overall trend on July 30th,<ref>[https://www.sportskeeda.com/pop-culture/who-chris-chan-sonichu-comic-creator-leaves-twitter-scandalized-latest-trend Who is Chris Chan? Sonichu comic creator leaves Twitter scandalized with latest trend]</ref> exposing a large number of otherwise uninvolved individuals to the story of Chris-Chan causing the [[Orbiter Wave]].

On 31 July, Null, who had access to Chris's email (with Chris's permission) since the [[Guard Dogs]] saga, found that Chris had received $750.00 from Barb's bank account, meaning he had either contacted Barb or gained access to Barb's bank account himself, either of which would violate the emergency protection order. When confronted, Chris initially denied the accusation, claiming he had "managed to find blessings in the minimum abundance needed." However, upon further questioning he confirmed the that he had had access to Barb's account for some time, contrary to Null's previous assumption that Barb had been control of Chris's finances and not vice versa. Most significant was YouTuber [[Ethan Ralph]] who livestreamed himself and his friends [[Ween|driving to the motel to meet Chris]]. The group ordered a [[Obesity|pizza]] in the hopes of luring him out, but this was unsuccessful. They then went about knocking on every door on the second floor, but this was fruitless as well, and only led to the menagerie being ordered to leave by a [[Jerkop|motel employee]].

Not giving up, the group went to the [[Wikipedia:Regency Mall (Richmond, Virginia)|Regency Mall]] (of [[Leonard Bearstein|'the bear']] fame) across the street, following (incorrect) speculation that Chris might be there if not in his room.

Later that afternoon, Ralph was tipped off that four police cars had shown up at the motel. He got back just in time to film two Henrico County police officers perp-walking Chris down from his room, streaming the whole debacle for a live audience of over 3,000 viewers. While the police talked to Chris, Ralph sporadically yelled questions and comments, to which Chris occasionally responded.

Unlike Chris's previous run-ins with the law, he remained mostly calm and compliant during the arrest, though he rambled about the [[Dimensional Merge]] to both the police and Ralph's crew, promising that the Merge was in fact happening right at that moment. It is not certain when exactly Bella first met Chris, but some users on the Kiwi Farms have speculated that one of their first face-to-face interactions happened on 31 July 2019 at a Rubik's Cube convention in Baltimore. However, her interest in Chris would not be sparked again until some time in early 2020, where she began watching Geno Samuel's [[documentary|documentary series]] on him. Their next interaction would not happen until July of that year.

On some unknown date, but believed to be as early as 20 April, 2020, Bella then hatched an idea to have Chris eventually be blackmailed to commit suicide. The earliest known mention of this had happened on 19 June, 2021. In order to do this, Bella would rally up several people to help her out with this plan, which included other students from TTU and people outside of TTU that had some degree of familiarity with Chris. Many of these recruits were also members of two distinct "chess-club" Discord servers run by Bella.

The Suitress was originally planned to be sent with Chris on a trip to the [[My Little Pony|brony]] convention [[Everfree Northwest]], part of her codename's namesake. According to Discord leaks, Bella planned to have the Suitress and Chris copulate during the convention, and then record it. The exact purpose for this is unknown, but Bella had also claimed in those same leaks that she planned to kidnap the Suitress for herself, as she was sexually attracted to her. This indicated that her motives were likely far more sinister than just trolling both of them alone.

Despite all of this elaborate scheming, Chris did not seem to show very much interest in the Suitress, and a lot more interest for Bella. This had made things more difficult for her, as when she tried to book a room for the both herself and the Suitress, Chris kept insisting that a room be booked for both him and her.

The Watchmen tracked and collected information on anyone involved with- or trying to get involved with- Chris, and held no qualms about doxing potential weens, trolls, and a-logs.

However, her interest in Chris would not be sparked again until some time in early 2020, where she began watching Geno Samuel's [[documentary|documentary series]] on him. Their next interaction would not happen until July of that year.

On some unknown date, but believed to be as early as 20 April, 2020, Bella then hatched an idea to have Chris eventually be blackmailed to commit suicide. The earliest known mention of this had happened on 19 June, 2021. In order to do this, Bella would rally up several people to help her out with this plan, which included other students from TTU and people outside of TTU that had some degree of familiarity with Chris. Many of these recruits were also members of two distinct "chess-club" Discord servers run by Bella.

Isabella's reasons for trolling Chris were extremely dark. Whether or not she was the main culprit behind the [[Incest]] saga is unclear, but it is known that she was intending to gather information from Chris and blackmail him; her intentions were most likely to either extort Chris out of large sums of money (which he simply didn't have, in fact he was 200 dollars negative in his account) or to try and use the information or get Chris to commit suicide or self harm like her cult had done to another trans person.

After her personal information was leaked, Isabella went into tireless albeit useless damage control, ranting on [[4Chan]], [[Reddit]], and Kiwi Farms with sockpuppet accounts about how either the info regarding her is fake, exaggerated, and/or some psyop conspiracy led by transgender puppetmasters.

Isabella's father is a former {{w|Navy SEAL}}, while her stepmother is a former member of the {{w|United States Secret Service}} and a [[psychology|clinical psychologist]] and her biological mother is a Harvard graduate and airline pilot.

==The Beginning of the End==
It is not certain when exactly Bella first met Chris, but some users on the Kiwi Farms have speculated that one of their first face-to-face interactions happened on 31 July 2019 at a Rubik's Cube convention in Baltimore. However, her interest in Chris would not be sparked again until some time in early 2020, where she began watching Geno Samuel's [[documentary|documentary series]] on him. Their next interaction would not happen until July of that year.

On some unknown date, but believed to be as early as 20 April, 2020, Bella then hatched an idea to have Chris eventually be blackmailed to commit suicide. The earliest known mention of this had happened on 19 June, 2021. In order to do this, Bella would rally up several people to help her out with this plan, which included other students from TTU and people outside of TTU that had some degree of familiarity with Chris. Many of these recruits were also members of two distinct "chess-club" Discord servers run by Bella.

The Suitress was originally planned to be sent with Chris on a trip to the [[My Little Pony|brony]] convention [[Everfree Northwest]], part of her codename's namesake. According to Discord leaks, Bella planned to have the Suitress and Chris copulate during the convention, and then record it. The exact purpose for this is unknown, but Bella had also claimed in those same leaks that she planned to kidnap the Suitress for herself, as she was sexually attracted to her. She also claimed to some degree that she was also attracted to Chris. This indicated that her motives were likely far more sinister than just trolling both of them alone.

Cole was not on good terms with [[Bob]] or [[Barbara]]. According to Cole, Bob worked his "bitter influence" on Barbara to separate her from Cole. Cole claims Barbara lied about the identity of Cole's biological father. Cole hired a private detective to find evidence contradicting her claims. In a leaked e-mail sent to [[Jackie]] on 14 May 2011, Chris wrote that Cole "has had mental problems since he hit his head on a bus, and has taken it out heavily on our mother." Ironically, for much of his life Cole has actually gotten along much better with Chris than with either Bob or Barb, and possibly better than with any of his other direct relatives. Then again, when you don't actually know ''who'' your paternal relatives are, you have to take what you can get.

Cole was not around when Chris was growing up. Being nineteen years older, he was in California making a life for himself. Cole said that Barbara and Bob neglected Chris for years with the [[abusive babysitter]], which suggests that he believes that Chris's muteness in early life was their fault. Chris visited Cole in California when he was about seven years old (1989), according to Barb.<ref>[[Rental House Tour#Time to go]]</ref> This is the only time Chris has been on an airplane,<ref>[[Mumble 1]]</ref> the only time he has been to the West Coast of the United States and one of the few times that he has left [[Virginia]].

For New Year's Day [[1998]] Chris gave Cole a [[Lego]] Band Stand and wished him a "Rocking New Year". This resulted in Cole becoming even more bitter towards both Chris and Barbara. Suffice to say, Cole did not vote for Chris. To date, these remain the last known communications between the half-brothers as Cole probably distanced himself even further from Chris since only a couple of months later, [[The GAMe PLACe#The GAMe PLACe Photograph|the GAMe PLACe photograph]] was posted onto 4chan, thus beginning Chris's infamy on the internet.

In recent years Chris has made numerous efforts to get in touch with Cole, to no avail. In [[October 2013]] he told his friend [[Rebeckah Bentley E-mails|Rebeckah]], "I have no confirmed or direct contact with him in NY; he doesn't respond to email, twitter feed, Facebook, YouTube, etcetera, either. So, I am most unable to reach him at all."<ref>[[Rebeckah Bentley E-mails#Chris has scabies too]]</ref> On 22 [[June 2013]], Chris attempted to contact Cole via video. He recorded a message directed to John Kyle,<ref name="Message">[[Message for John Kyle]]</ref> Cole's brother-in-law, who sang at his wedding.<ref name="JohnKyleVid" /> Chris expressed anger at Cole for not inviting him and Barb to his wedding. In the same month, Chris tried to [[Twitter#29_June_2013|communicate with Cole]] on [[Twitter]], basically telling him to come back home so he could [[White_knights#Chris_cares_only_for_himself|dump his familial responsibilities on him]] and go on his [[Sweetheart Search]]. "OUR Mother is Still Alive; I REALLY want you to make amends and get close, once again, to her before Her time runs out", he wrote in the description. The following day he arranged a [[Sonichu and Rosechu figure collection toy battle!|similar fight]] among his [[Amiibo]] figurines and angrily accused Cole of being possessed by the spirit of [[Count Graduon]]. He posted an image of his Cole Amiibo on Facebook. In this spat of postings Chris attempts to appear concerned about Cole not being around for their mother's twilight years, thinly veiling his [[Monthly Tugboat|real concerns]].

Chris has two explanations for this falling-out with his half-brother, both fed to him by Barb. First, Cole has been entirely misled about Barb's character by the lies of other family members. For the most part, the main trait Chris seems to be aware of regarding his half-brother is that he has a career and makes a living. This, in traditional Chris fashion, means opportunity and progressively his attempts to reach out have more and more focused on Cole financially supporting Chris and Barb, returning Chris to the idyllic balance he enjoyed with Bob as the responsible man in the house.

In [[June 2016]], Chris posted a Facebook rant about Cole alleging that he and his wife spend two thousand dollars a month on rent for an apartment in Carnegie Hall.<ref>[[June 2016 Facebook posts]]</ref> Even though renting an apartment near Carnegie Hall can easily cost twice as much, this lack of research didn't stop Chris from depicting his half-brother as having money to "[[Chris and hypocrisy|piss and burn]]" while simultaneously [[Lego|begging]] [[Transformers|him]] [[PlayStation 4|for]] [[Chris and money|money]].

In May 2017, Chris mocked Cole on Twitter, stating [[Hypocrisy|"Oh my gosh, my half brother is suddenly begging for money now"]]. Cole was asking his fans to pledge to him on Patreon,<ref>[https://youtube.com/watch?v=2SqUJhND-mY]</ref> suggesting he has also [[Financhu Crisis|hit rock bottom]]. Chris said he would pledge to him, but he still hasn't apologized or made up with Barb. In December 2017, Chris wanted to drive to New York to confront Cole. He tried to channel his Sonichu power to conjure up Cole's address but was unsuccessful and did not attempt to make the trip.<ref>[[Idea Guy Q&A]]</ref>

==Cole in the comics==
Throughout the original run of [[Sonichu (comic)|''Sonichu'']], Cole was only referenced in the [[CWCipedia]] profile for [[Rosechu]] as "Professor Cole", assumed to be a version of Cole Smithey, listed as the one who gave [[Kel]] the [[Wikipedia:Pichu|Pichu]] who would become Rosechu. Chris later marketed a custom Amiibo depicting Cole as a [[Jerkop]], seemingly foreshadowing his presence as a villain in the CWCville universe. It was not clear for several years whether the original "Professor Cole" character was [[Retroactive continuity in Sonichu|still canon]].

Cole finally appears in [[Sonichu 12|''Sonichu'' #12]] as, indeed, a Jerkop, brainwashed by [[Count Graduon]]. [[Reldnahc]] uses Cole to "distract [Chris] with family" in order to get the drop on him. He is bizarrely depicted as a gray-haired, mustached old man with a trilby. Comic Chris immediately identifies him as his brother [[Chris and writing|despite Cole never appearing in the comic before]], made all the more confusing by the same battle also featuring Chris's imaginary [[Crystal Weston Chandler (sister)|sister]] and [[Reldnahc Notsew Naitsirhc|evil twin]].

In 2019, Chris confirmed that Cole was the Pokemon Professor during 2003, but stated his "methods and ideals were varied", and his work was "faltering" by 2005, leading to his demotion in favour of a smoking-hot graduate whose body Chris describes in vivid detail.
