On 28 October 2011 - a date which will live in infamy - The GAMe PLACe was suddenly and deliberately attacked by forces of the City of CWCville.

On that fateful Friday evening, around 5:20 p.m., Chris and Barbara visited the GAMe PLACe and had an altercation with its manager, Michael Snyder. Chris took several photos of Michael on that day, and uploaded them to the CWCki in November. A bit of a delay, but it turns out, he and Barb had been arrested and jailed for various offenses (trespassing, assault, and hit & run). Now both have been charged with a Class 5 Felony, which implies "a term of imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than 10 years, and ... a fine of not more than $2,500."

Both Chris and Barb were bonded out on 29 October, with Chris's initial hearing being a week later than Barb's - possibly owing to the extra charge against him. It may also allow for additional information to be gathered about on his record of dealings with Michael Snyder and the GAMe PLACe, and also to consider any medical grounds that may affect the outcome of any court proceedings against Chris. The Chandlers will be represented in court by Rob Bell, a Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates.

This is the first major event that has come to light since the death of Bob Chandler on 6 September 2011.

The charges
Below are the charges brought against both Barbara and Chris, along with details and court dates based on the details from the General District Court Online Case Information System. At present we do not have a full account of what happened during the incident and under what circumstances the charges were brought against the pair. However, based on at least one previous incident in June 2010, we can assume a rough outline of events.

Barbara's
* FAIL STOP ACCIDENT > $1000 FEL (§ 46.2-894. Duty of driver to stop, etc., in event of accident involving injury or death or damage to attended property; penalty.)
** Class 5 Felony charge - Failing to stop after an accident where the damage exceeds $1,000 in value, thought to be vehicular damage on the grounds of The GAMe PLACe parking lot.
* ASSLT: ON LAW ENF/DOC PERSON (§ 18.2-57. Assault and battery.)
** Class 6 Felony charge - Assaulting a law enforcement official. It's likely that this occurred when Barb attempted to prevent the police from arresting Chris.

Court dates
* 31 October 2011 - Appeared in court to be formally charged.
* 15 December 2011 - 1:00pm - Judge Robert Downer Jr. granted a continuance for both Chris and Barb's charges.
* 5 January 2012 - 1:00pm - Yet another continuance.
* 5 April 2012 - 1:00pm - Another hearing. Both felonies go to a grand jury at Circuit Court.
* 16 April 2012 - 9:30am - To be presented to the grand jury on both felony charges.

Chris's
* FAIL STOP ACCIDENT > $1000 FEL (§ 46.2-894. Duty of driver to stop, etc., in event of accident involving injury or death or damage to attended property; penalty.)
** Class 5 Felony charge - Failing to stop after an accident where the damage exceeds $1,000 in value, thought to be vehicular damage on the grounds of The GAMe PLACe parking lot.
* ASSAULT: (MISDEMEANOR) (§ 18.2-57. Assault and battery.)
** Class 1 Misdemeanor charge - Attempted or actual assault against another person, perhaps Snyder.
* TRESPASS AFTER FORBIDDEN (§ 18.2-119. Trespass after having been forbidden to do so; penalties.)
** Class 1 Misdemeanor charge - Trespassing on land or within an area from which the offender is forbidden, no doubt due to setting foot in The GAMe PLACe.

Court dates
* 7 November 2011 - Appeared in court to be formally charged.
* 15 December 2011 - 1:00pm - Judge Robert Downer Jr. granted a continuance (postponement) for both Chris and Barb's charges.
* 5 January 2012 - 1:00pm - Yet another continuance.
* 5 April 2012 - 1:00pm - Another hearing. Nolle prosequi on the trespass and assault; the failure to stop goes to Circuit Court.
* 16 April 2012 - 9:30am - To be presented to the grand jury on felony charge.
Civil suit
Michael Snyder also filled a civil suit against both Chris and Barb on 1 November 2011, 4 days after the incident.
The reason for the lawsuit and what damages are being sought is currently unknown besides that it is related to the 28 October event. Barb attended a second hearing on 14 November, a third took place on 15 December, at the same time as her criminal case hearing, and a fourth occurred on 5 January at 1:00 PM.

Chris' case at one point read 'Other Judgement', however, it appears to have been open again. Presumably, Chris appeared again in court on 5 January at 2:15 PM, shortly after his criminal hearing.

Before the court hearing, Michael Snyder requested and received a Preliminary Protective Order against both Chris and Barbara. This order is similar to a restraining order, and prohibits Chris or Barb from contacting Michael or engaging in any threatening behavior towards him before the hearing. The order lasts for 15 days.

On April 5th, Snyder was awarded full Protection Orders against both Chris and Barbara. A Protection Order can last up to two years.

Aftermath
* On 4 November, soon after being bailed out of jail, Chris uploaded the pictures he took of Michael Snyder on the 28th to the CWCki, plastering them on the front page as well as Michael's own article, with Chris presumably doing it as a response to the events at The GAMe PLACe. In the respective image descriptions, Chris claimed that Snyder molests children and taunted him for his obesity.

In the February Facebook leaks, Chris stated 'After October 28, 2011; I now have TOTAL Disrespect and Miscontent of the soo-called "Officers of the Badge"' as opposed only to those in colours other than blue and black. He also produced 50 copies of a flyer calling the Game Place a "Cyber bullies' hang-out" and encouraging people to stay far away which he then left around his usual attraction locations. This led to another run in with Jerkops, in which Chris escaped by "hiding and weaving around the parked cars" and by driving a Mistubishi as opposed to Son-Chu.

Email?
Someone purporting to be in contact with Chris leaked an email, supposedly from the manbaby himself, shedding some light on the events of October 28. While the validity of the email is disputed, Surfshack Tito confirmed on /cwc/ that the events of October 28 are basically the same as that described in the email.

http://pastebin.com/Tm9EMppU

Particularly telling is Chris stating that Michael Snyder wanted to lure him in with an announcement of a "Pokemon tournament on the 22nd", despite Michael himself saying in this video (that Chris himself used as proof) that he really hoped that Chris didn't show up.

* 5 January 2012 - 1:00pm - Yet another continuance.
* 5 April 2012 - 1:00pm - Another hearing. Both felonies go to a grand jury at Circuit Court.

* 5 January 2012 - 1:00pm - Yet another continuance.
* 5 April 2012 - 1:00pm - Another hearing. Nolle prosequi on the trespass and assault; the failure to stop goes to Circuit Court.
* 16 April 2012 - 9:30am - Chirs and Barb are to be brought before the Grand Jury on their felony charges.

Max's Kansas City
Sorry, this is my first time editing a wiki or posting on talk or whatever, so I probably messed up. I think I may know how Chris learned of Max's Kansas City. We all know Chris only listens to music from anime or guitar hero. Which is why he is a self proclaimed fan of Aerosmith due to Guitar Hero: Aerosmith (making real fans such as myself groan)

The "Hello Joe" probably refers to Joe Perry, the lead guitarist (or "Guitar Hero" as our favorite little tard puts it) of the band Aerosmith.

How Chris learned of Kansas City however can be attributed most likely to Steven Tyler who mentions that the band maid their debut there in Guitar Hero: Aerosmith.

Page 20: Chris "ponders" about time travel, and starts off looking like he might have taken something from a textbook, until he fucks up.
Page 23: Confirmed that he thinks he's the manager, along with the other guy. As expected, he thinks cheerleaders are hot for him, and is too lazy to even do his waterboy job.
Alex's Lemonade Stand is a charity program that was set up by Lego in conjunction with their "Friends" theme, which is intended for little girls. Chris, being the Tomgirl and fan of Lego that he is, has pledged to set up a lemonade stand in hopes of raising money for his "father who died of cancer", despite the fact Bob actually died of heart failure. Although his reasoning for creating the stand is still unclear, he may have thought that the money would go to him so he could buy more vidya.

The event
According to the event page, entitled "Cwcville Helps", Chris will be running a lemonade stand for all three days of the event - from 9 a.m. on Friday 8 until 5 p.m. Sunday 10 June 2012, more work than Chris has done since Cutco ditched him nine years ago. The stand was originally to be set up outside Chris's house, but has since moved to the old Circuit City building, 100 Albemarle Square, Charlottesville. The initial fundraising goal of US$50 was quickly met after donations from Chris's friends, neighbors and fans, as well as some more sinister figures, such as Clyde Cash and the Man in the Pickle Suit. As of February 24, the total amount of donations exceeded $150 - although Chris has not changed his original donation goal. Also, some force (possibly Chris) has been attempting to censor comments and donors, with the donor listings, along with their comments, being unavailable.

It appears that fundraisers such as Chris are able to modify the comments left by donors, with Clyde's comment being among those redacted. Although his charity work seems promising, it may be hindered if Chris is in prison by June...
:Bob had heart trouble for a while, and heart failure was the eventual cause of death. We're not really jumping to conclusions as much as pointing out that Chris is wrong, again. He's trying to relate to the cause of ALSF through his father's death, and it may be that Chris really believes his father's death was primarily caused by cancer. In addition, ALS is about helping raise money for childhood cancer. --Anonymax 12:33, 19 February 2012 (PST)
:: I looked through all of the IRCs and couldn't find a single one that mentions Bob having cancer or being treated for cancer. There was one prank call I could remember (the one where it's a guy trying to be all nice to Bob and saying he's going to write a paper on him) where BARB is the one to say that Bob is in the hospital for treatment (when asked "treatment for what? cancer?" she doesn't respond and just says he's not there). Other than that: Panda does mention HER father has cancer in the IRC of 02 Jan 2009 and Chris mentions that his father has had 3 or 4 heart attacks and 3 triple bypasses in his life time during IRC of 03 Jan 2009. If anyone can find the IRCs where Chris has stated his father has cancer/had cancer please link. Other than that, I really think the whole "in honor of my father dying of cancer" bit is most likely Chris trying to get attention or he simply doesn't understand why his father died and just said it was cancer. Which, all in all, still doesn't mean anything because, as Anonymax stated, Alex's Lemonade Stand is to raise money for childhood cancer support/research/etc. NONE of that money goes to adults with cancer. --4Macie 14:50, 19 February 2012 (PST)
*Limited wardrobe? I've counted more than 40 unique shirts. While I doubt he thinks he's a cartoon character, he does consider himself a big celebrity, and a few "trademark" shirts stand out. Obviously, there's the classic red and blue, and he did wear the yellow blue and white after drawing himself wearing it in the comics. Recently, he's been wearing the advice dog non-stop, possibly because Asperchu was prominently featured wearing it and Chris feels the need to take it back. Bottom line is: he has a large wardrobe, but favors certain shirts in videos and comics to maintain his identity.Kynes 18:35, 16 January 2010 (UTC)
::*Whoa, easy there. I think you raise valid concerns but I find the new illustrations to be improvements over the original in that they're more detailed and I think we can have the artist improve on the design. as much as i appreciate the attempt to contribute, the purpose of this page is to document the shirts. it might sound spergy as fuck but we need the images to be as functional as possible, i.e. not from a weird angle and with a clear and accurate depiction of the patterns. the original images are much closer to what is desired. --Cogsdev 20:41, 17 August 2010 (PDT)
:::This is the prank call you mentioned, though it's now set to private. Transcript here. According to this, Bob said he had cancer. Whether or not it was true is up for debate, but I don't think there's any good reason to doubt him. <small><span class="autosigned">—Preceding unsigned comment added by Freecell (talk • contribs) </span></small> 16:41, 19 February 2012 (PST)
How do we know Chris actually made this?
Just wondering, because I really haven't seen any evidence that would lead me to believe Chris actually made it. (I'm not doubting it though.)
