The article says that he uses a foundation called Sephora. Now, as far as I know Sephora is simply the store where they sell multiple kinds of expensive makeup products. :No. As far as I can tell, no video received the template. If we had to apply the template every time we would see a video containing something paid with tax dollars, the template would be over each videobox.
