== Causes of Chris's anger ==

Chris's issues with anger may stem from being tormented in his early childhood by his [[abusive babysitter]] whom he was frequently left under the care of while Bob and Barb would go out clubbin' and takin' shots. She allegedly traumatized Chris by locking him alone up in a room full of toys when he was a year old. [[Chris's room|How ironic.]]

Another person who may be behind Chris's anger issues could be his father, [[Bob Chandler]]. Being Bob's son, Chris would likely be afraid to retaliate to the things Bob does that annoy him, such as very rarely washing his hands, making Chris remove videos from "the damn internet", and occasionally [[Bob walks in|cutting down the internet]]. Chris then takes out his anger on innocent, well-meaning [[trolls]], such as [[Clyde Cash]].

Another cause of Chris's anger is the fact that as of the time of writing, as well as long after, Chris is still a [[Virgin with rage|virgin]]. Being a virgin seems to make Chris feel like he is entitled to being allowed frequent moments of rage and seeing as he only manages to [[masturbation|jack off]] twice a week due to his bent [[duck]], he has large amounts of [[semen|testosterone]] stored up in his body he just has to [[Recycling|get out]]. Sexual frustration can make even the best of us a bit cranky, though never to this extreme.

Furthermore, Chris is autistic and therefore cannot understand the social restraints of anger. When he gets angry he sees no reason why he should not go positively nuts. This and the amount of bottled-up stress that autism produces usually means that autistic '''children''' are very short tempered. Chris, however, is not an autistic child - he is an autistic adult, and to be honest most other autistics have learned how to cope with stress in ways other than tantrums by the time they are Chris's age. Chris has not. Somewhat ironically, Chris's autism seems to cause him a large amount of anger, since the rest of the world will not acknowledge the 'brilliance' of Sonichu - which is apparently directly brought about from Chris's 'autism'.

But the one thing that causes Chris's anger, more than anything, is the lack of control he has over everything. His own [[ego]] refuses to allow Chris to think of anything but himself, and when things spiral out of control, he gets frustrated. When [[THAT IS MY HOUSE|Bob demanded that Chris take down the videos of their house]], Chris could only flail and tell him that he didn't know what to do, only to tell his "fans" to take it down for him. When [[Liquid Chris|someone pretends to be him]] and be more popular than him, he rages because he feels that its his popularity, not the faker's. When people [[Asperchu|poke fun at him]] or [[Mailbag 39|constantly question one's gender]], he goes into a hissy fit.

Chris's anger issues date back to before even the formal beginning of his [[Love Quest]]. In 2000, he was prescribed the antidepressant Paxil to help manage his frustration and anger, and he continued to take the drug for several years. Whatever effect his medication had, clearly it wasn't enough...

== Examples of Chris's anger ==
The way Chris expresses his anger can be considered [[autism|confusing]], to say the least. In one of his early fits of rage he began to shout [[Curse-ye-ha-me-ha]] at several [[jerkops]] who were trying to kick him out of a local [[Walmart]]. Most normal people do not shout [[Megan|anime]] references at people who are making them angry. Chris, however, expresses anger like a retarded Internet tough guy would do, taking out his anger on a video camera seeing as he knows it obviously can't and won't fight back. This can be seen in one of his videos on Clyde Cash where he seems to be "Hulking up". He also used to beat people up in ''[[Soul Calibur]]''. On the other hand, even as he is seemingly scared from expressing his anger IRL, he seems to have outbursts when sufficiently pushed as well. Chris was at one point forced to take anger management classes sometime after his final confrontation with [[Mary Lee Walsh]]. What happened during this epic struggle is only known in Chris's own words.

A great example of Chris's anger can be seen in one of Chris's most infamous videos, his "[[Youtube Finale]]". In this video Chris repeatedly threatens poor Clyde, claiming he will indeed [[I'LL BREAK YOU DEAD|strangle him]] some day, even going as far as telling Clyde he will even commit this heinous and reprehensible act in a police station, showing Chris has no control over his angry feelings. The fact Clyde was only trolling Chris in an attempt to lash out at him for his role in the death of his late brother [[Ryan Cash]] shows even further how much Chris may still require a couple of anger management classes.

On several occasions, Chris has also shouted and screamed in videos, and concluded his argument with some sort of a heinous threat — and promptly followed this up with his trademark conclusion of saying "peace" and showing the peace sign, or with "Have a nice day", or something similar. Chris is apparently completely oblivious to the conflict between these extremes.

Occasionally when enraged, his tendency to type important words in ALL CAPS becomes more prominent. Compare these two emails from the [[Miyamoto Saga]]—the first sounds fairly calm, though he does let loose one all caps phrase. The second sounds more angry and possibly a bit desperate.

Other examples of Chris's anger show him taking out his tard rage on his [[Clown Doll]]. In the [[Take that Page DOWN NOW!]] video a picture of Clyde Cash was taped to the doll and Chris beat it like a spoiled 3 year old who didn't get his way. He also attempted to rip off its head at one point, only to have it slide out through his greasy palms. Chris would attempt to bite the doll's head off again in the [[Sign Destruction Video]], but fans of the doll will be relieved to know that Chris is far too weak to break anything of value. In his video [[Chris Loses It]], Chris proves us that he's able to shred in half a small cardboard box but unable to go through light press-wood. The video also shows his poor acting skills only equal his overall stamina, since he's out of breath before the end of the first minute of the video.

Another recent example has shown that Chris can and will blow up at people even on the telephone. In his [[Father Call|phone call with Kacey's father]], Chris quickly became rude to Matthew, especially when the man came down on Chris for his health and his attitude. Even worse, when Chris [[Kacey and Liquid Call|talked to Kacey and Liquid]], he came up in arms over Liquid's continued referral of "Ian Brandon Anderson" and was completely oblivious over the fact that Kacey was getting upset over the entire thing. Even worse, Chris attempted to hang up on both Matthew AND Kacey, only succeeding with Kacey because he got [[Barbara Chandler|his mom]] and dad in on the conversation. Both instances show that Chris loses his stammering and actually starts speaking normally when enraged.

Around the time when Chris opened the Mailbag to his [[Trolls|adoring fans]], another factor that causes Chris some notable grief was discovered: the mention of any similarity between high-functioning autism and [[Asperger syndrome]]. Chris has shown himself to be quite adamant that HFA and Asperger's are entirely unrelated, despite documentation by researchers suggesting quite the opposite. Whilst the anger related to this is of a far lesser magnitude in comparison to, for example, the Liquid Chris saga, it's still clear he's easily irritated by the mere mention of the matter:

It's surprising at first how irritated Chris is by this matter. However, the CWCipedia article makes it clear that Chris is angry at Asperger's sufferers for "stealing" the limelight from autistic folks such as himself. He seems to be of the opinion that those diagnosed with the condition are faking it to get attention, [[Chris and his ego|attention that he feels he deserves as an autistic person.]]

Smug with overconfidence thanks to his [[Mailbag|fanmail]] and the victory over [[gay]] ads, Chris charged into January, not even allowing the shut down of the [[CWCipedia]] via [[copyright]] claims stop him. However, Chris would soon find a new [[stress]] factor in the emerging fan comic ''[[Asperchu]]'', going to great lengths to pull his fans away from it via various crazy [[YouTube]] videos; every attempt failed miserably. As he did, Chris continued to update ''[[Sonichu 10]]'', revealing more of his madness. Unbeknown to trolls, he was actually beginning to get close to [[The Wallflower|another girl]] and he would attempt to hide this, but his own [[ego]] would refuse to let him do so.

As January became February, Chris found himself embroiled in [[Alec Benson Leary Phone Calls|a series of phone calls]] from ''Asperchu'' creator Alec Benson Leary, demanding Chris to promise to show better tolerance towards Asperchu and to get rid of [[Simonla Rosechu]], with [[Mao]] holding CWCipedia hostage. Though, very slowly, Chris recovered enough from the stress to complete ''Sonichu 10'', which showed the death of Simonla, only for Chris to turn around and "kill" Alec, Mao and two other people in an act of childish retaliation. Chris recovered just in time for his birthday, producing a shameless display of self-praising by declaring the first annual [[Christian Love Day]]. Perhaps the biggest mystery revealed this month was the sudden appearance of [[Magical Man Potion|another human male]] entering Chris's [[room]], one of the more puzzling developments to come out of Chris for some time.

As March began, trolls showed concern over news that Chris's father, [[Bob]], had been hospitalized with congestive heart failure. Sadly, Chris showed no concern whatsoever, angering his [[fanbase]]. A few days later, Chris would, through his massive [[ego|narcissism]], reveal a name of his potential new [[sweetheart]] through a custom ''[[Little Big Planet|LBA]]'' level. Dedicated trolls would discover [[The Wallflower|her identity]], and one faggot would cause the [[gal-pal]] to cut ties with Chris and Chris himself discovering the [[CWCki]]. At that point, Chris began an all-out war against the [[Internet]], attacking his [[fans]] for wanting more ''Sonichu'' pages, attacking the CWCki, and especially attacking [[Surfshack Tito]], the troll who took credit for destroying the [[lulz]]. However, [[Rocky Shoemaker|an outside source]] would intervene with Chris and force him to once again announce he leaves the Internet forever. (36 hours later after making this bold and bombastic claim, Chris returned with a new video to complain about [[TV]] and [[sex]].)

As April started, Chris's activity on the Internet was sporadic. However, trolls soon discovered an ad on [[The Hook Cafe]], discovering that Chris was back to his [[Love Quest]] on the Internet. During this time, Chris would meet and begin talking to a woman named [[Jackie]], who would become Chris's focus throughout the month. Having learned something from the previous incidents, Chris kept a low profile on her, which however did not prevent some highly-disturbing material to eventually leak to general public. During this time, he attempted to return to [[The GAMe PLACe]] in an attempt to lift his ban; the trolls hailed [[Michael Snyder]] as a hero when he kicked the anti-Semitic manchild out again. Chris would also work on CWCipedia a bit more, creating profiles for his characters and a page about all of his past sweethearts.

As May started, it seemed that things were going to be slow again, with a relative high point of smug Chris boasting that he had removed a "bug" allegedly planted by trolls in the [[PS3|life upgrade]]. However, he soon became severely depressed and blamed his problems of rejection by everyone on a conspiracy conceived against him by the [[Greene County]] School Board. By the end of the month, Mao opened up the CWCipedia to everyone. Chris attempted to revert their vandalism, but soon gave into stress and abandoned the website. Two series of [[e-mails]] are also leaked.

After Chris's fourth threat to leave the Internet, many fully expected that he would not keep to his word. The silence was however broken after Chris traveled to The GAMe PLACe with an autistic plan of revenge against Michael Snyder: long story short, Chris almost commits a [[Son-Chu|vehicular]] homicide while [[Alcohol|drunk]] and he's let off scot-free by the [[police]]. He then made a video addressing these events and announced that he's leaving the Internet. ([[Chris and hypocrisy|Again]]. [[Youtube Finale|For]] [[03212010 C-Ya Later.MOV|the]] [[100 2188|fifth]] [[100 2189|time]].) Chris front then fell silent for nearly two weeks, until a field agent spotted Chris at the [[Fridays After Five]] event in [[Charlottesville]], continuing his Love Quest offline by acting [[pedofork|really creepy]] in public. Soon, trolls also discovered where Chris had disappeared off to online: the [[Flipnote Hatena]], a website created by [[Nintendo]] for users to share their amateur animations.

July 2010 was another very quiet month. It began with Chris getting [[List_of places that have banned Chris|permabanned]] from Flipnote Hatena for constantly breaking the site's rules. For a time after that he emerged from the internets to enjoy the fruits of real life; he was spotted at [[McIntire Park]] and twice at Fridays After Five. However, on 17 July he returned to [[Twitter]], telling [[trolls|his loyal fans]] that he's [[lie|working on the comic pages]]. On 24 July he also evaded his Flipnote Hatena ban and re-posted some of his removed flipnotes, suggesting that he bought another DSi just to use a children's website as his personal dating service.

==August==

Since posting on Twitter on 26 July, Chris hasn't given off any life signs. It is suspected he's spending his time playing [[PS3]]. However, a phonecall to Bob Chandler was released, relieving some new info. He would then return on August 27 to post two videos, one concerning his upcoming high school reunion, and the other where Chris concedes to the trolls after reformatting his PS3, claiming [[fail|he did himself in]]. Two days later, [[The MovingFoward videos|he destroyed his PS3]], and to put it mildly, there was much rejoice.

I'm thinking Chris probably had those 'stranger danger' lessons at that age, and probably men and laps did come into it somewhere, which set off alarm bells. We know how literally Chris takes things, and it wouldn't be a massive leap to imagine he did honestly believe the head was trying to molest him.

I can also see the head put Chris on his lap in a desperate attempt to calm him down or something. It's unlikely that happened, as it does leave him open to accusations like that, but you never know. I remember a letter writer in one Mailbag who claimed he'd gotten ahold of the court records and according to them Chris put a kid in the hospital by nearly biting off his nose. The records supposedly also state he frequently threw screaming fits in class and one such incident was what wound up getting recorded. Is there any sauce/confirmation on any of this or was it just made up? According to Chris, stealing copyrighted material is fine, as long as you indicate that whatever it is you’re doing is a parody of the original material. *It should be noted that Chris has in fact never seen ''TTGL'', and as such he misinterpreted several aspects of Simonchu's design that were intended to be referential to Simon: his cape became Simonla's shell, and his Core Drill pendant became a shark's tooth necklace.

*When Chris was forced to kill off Simonla in ''[[Sonichu 10]]'', he promptly created [[Sandy Rosechu]], Simonla's daughter. She is essentially exactly the same design-wise, except she is yellow and has a different hairstyle.

===Inuyasha===
* In [[Issue 2]], Sarah's Sonichu form pins Wes's Sonichu form to a tree, Wes making the statement "Where did this non-sacred tree come from?" This is a "hilarious gag" referring to Inuyasha's origin story, wherein he was pinned by an arrow to a cursed tree by priestess/crack shot/vengeful ex-girlfriend Kikyo. Also, with some imagination and enough alcohol, one can see that a cloud in the background in one of the panels is shaped vaguely like Inuyasha's head.
* Chris also has a [[Marvey Blaziken|Blaziken]] in his pokemon team named Inu Yasha, which was only revealed on the [[CWCipedia]]. It's likely that this is the same Blaziken seen training with Simonla in [[Sonichu 10]], though he is not identified by name in that comic.

I'm a turtle and I can't get up!"), and proceeded to MAKE IT WORSE. Congratulations.

===Saw series===

*Louis Perez, appearing in Sonichu 10 to apprehend [[Inos]] could be named after the character from the Saw franchise (possibly a relative, as Lindsey Perez from the movies is female). Chris has previously stated, that the Saw series is one of his favorite movie franchises in one of the Mailbags. Both characters are black policemen, making the "inspiration" much more likely.
* The execution of the [[Asperpedia]] crew in [[Sonichu 10]] is performed through what equates to elaborate death traps, similar to what is seen in the Saw series. They certainly have more in common with those movies than with anything resembling actual state-sponsored executions.

*It's not clear if he's a fan of the series, since while he's compared one of his favorite games ([[Brutal Legend]]) to The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, it's likely he simply saw the game was the highest ranking game on GameRankings and other game scoring websites.

===Mobile Suit Gundam===

*During the [[Megan]] Saga, Chris drew box art for [[John's Custom Gundam: Sisterly Rescue]], one of Chris's many fake box arts for his imaginary games. What's unique about this one is that it involves Megan Schroeder and her brother, John. Despite being about Megan, it is not a rape simulator, but instead believed to be a ripoff of Mobile Suit Gundam: Journey to Jaburo.

* [[Chris-Chan Sonichu]]'s attack "Hyper Beam" looks a lot like Ryu and Ken's special attack "Hadouken". It appears in [[Sonichu 10#Preview|S10 Ep21 p.7]].

While Sonic has fallen into a self-induced pit of horrifying shit, probably never to escape, Mario has stayed consistently good for all this time. Despite this, Chris very much favors Sonic, as he only has a passing interest in Mario. Perhaps it's the lack of furry material to [[mass debate]] to, the complex level design and puzzles or just the fact that at one time, Mario was the rival of Sonic, probably leaving Chris with some grudge against the series. However, he has enough interest to rip it off from time to time.

*The wing cap ability from Super Mario 64 is ripped off in Sub-Episode 4, where Chris flies around with wings on his head. They are later discarded, and Chris is strangely shown flying without them.
*His concept for Sonic The Hedgehog 64, as expressed in his [[Hand-drawn Nintendo Power magazine]], is nothing more than Mario 64 with Sonic and Tails. Literally.

===[[Brutal Legend]]===

*In [[Sonichu 9]], during the introduction of the [[Samurai Pizza Bots]], [[Armoraxe]] uses a move that looks and acts exactly like the Solo "[[nudes|Face Melter]]" from the game. The only difference is that the move is called "Metal Melter"
* The devil [[trolls]] that appear to carry [[CChanSonichuCWC|IBAChandler]] away after he is defeated by [[Sonichu]] seem to be a rip-off of the fans that appear to carry you off when you are defeated during a stage battle in Brutal Legend. Although little is known about how Christian developed the character, it can be assumed that the idea of spelling his own name in reverse for the name of a villain immediately appealed to his [[Chris and his ego|colossal narcissism]]. Reldnahc debuted in ''Sonichu'' #0 as the son/lackey of [[Team Rocket]] boss [[Giovanni]], belying his greater significance to the Sonichu canon. However, Chris appears to have always colored the character's eyes red and orange (in contrast to his own green and blue eyes, the former two being the opposite of the latter two on the color wheel), foreshadowing his later role as Chris's dark reflection.

Much as Crystal represents how Christian's inner speculation about what he'd be like if he were female, Reldnahc clearly represents what Chris thinks he would happen if he surrendered himself to the temptations of sexual deviancy. Chief among these temptations is of course homosexuality, but also of note is Reldnahc's penchant for partial nudity (''Put a shirt on!''), torn jeans, unusual body piercings, and willingness to ejaculate wherever he pleases. According to Chris, Reldnahc's costume in ''Sonichu'' #6 is based on that of Key, a homoerotic J-rock star in [[Excel Saga]], whose sexuality unnerved Chris.

Acting on behalf of Team Rocket, Naitsirhc Giovanni first menaced CWCville shortly after [[Sonichu (character)|Sonichu]] first evolved from a Pikachu. While Sonichu and Rosechu were shopping at [[CWCville Mall]], Naitsirhc unleashed a Zapdos to abduct Rosechu as bait to capture Sonichu. Provoked into action, Sonichu quickly confused and overpowered the Zapdos with his Double Team attack, and forced Naitsirhc to withdraw. Naitsirhc vowed he would capture Sonichu someday.

Naitsirhc did not come away empty-handed. The tissue samples and surveillance photos he obtained were used by his adoptive father, Giovanni, to convince [[Robotnik]] to form an alliance. Together, Robotnik and [[Team Rocket]] aspired to create a clone of Sonichu. However, Team Rocket researcher [[Bill The Scientist]] accidentally spilled cherry cola onto Sonichu's DNA sample, creating unexpected side effects in the clone. Naitsirhc was the first to notice the clone's [[niggo|darker complexion]], and named the new creature "[[Black Sonichu]]". Direct authority over the clone was assigned to Naitsirhc, who asserted himself as Blachu's master and coordinated field missions for the shadowy hedgehog.

Naitsirhc first sent Black Sonichu to kidnap Rosechu, again using the girl as bait for Sonichu, which might well have succeeded if not for [[Sonic the Hedgehog]]. In his second outing, Blachu was ordered by Naitsirhc to obtain the [[Legendary Master Sunstone]] from [[Flame the Sunbird]], another mission resulting only in failure.

Naitsirhc's subsequent activities would remain unclear until the day [[Mary Lee Walsh]] and [[Count Graduon]] invaded CWCville with their army of [[Jerkops]]. During this battle [[Chris-Chan Sonichu]] was pulled into Graduon's Dark Mirror Hole, triggering a part of the [[Anchuent Prophecy]]:

Naitsirhc, now styling himself as Reldnahc Notsew Naitsirhc, now possessed the same abilities as Christian, including the power to transform into an electric hedgehog [[Pokémon]] form, Reldnahc Ha-Taque, and the ability to fire the [[Curse-ye-ha-me-ha]]'s evil twin, the ''Quee-fee-mae-mo-bo-bo''<ref>[http://archive.cogsdev.org/cwcipedia/index.php?title=Issue_9/Page_88 Issue 9 Page 88]</ref>, whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean. While Christian and his allies were discussing the need to obtain the Sonichu balls to rescue Crystal, Black Sonichu and Reldnahc broke into a jewelry store at the mall to steal one of the precious balls. In their respective hedgehog forms, Chris and Reldnahc fought a lengthy, strenuous battle at high-speed, culminating at [[Manchester High School]], where the unexpected return of [[Bionic the Hedgehog]] saved Christian from certain doom. A blow to the head from Bionic's basketball knocked Reldnahc against the gymnasium bleachers, leaving him in a coma for ten weeks. Upon recovering, Reldnahc swore revenge against Bionic.

The '''autism papers''' are some of the most fabled [[Relics of Fail]], in which the exact nature of [[Chris's]] psychiatric [[Chris and psychology|diagnosis]] is revealed by an objective source (as opposed to Chris's revisionist account of his life), and the extent of his [[autism]] (or whether he really is autistic at all) is explained.

To date, only an intake survey from [[2004]] is available, resulting from Chris's mandated visit to a psychiatrist after flipping out while attending [[Piedmont Virginia Community College|PVCC]]. His original, earlier papers, dating to when Chris was five or six years old, remain locked away in [[Bob Chandler|Bob's]] filing cabinet.

In '''November 2009''', Chris e-mailed [[Kacey]] these papers to show that he is a TRUE and [[HONEST]] autistic. Kacey shared these papers with her new husband, the official and original [[Liquid Chris|Christian Weston Chandler]] who in turn distributed them online. The papers are presented here in their original form, edited only for wiki styling and linking.

A number of passages of this copy have been outlined in yellow highlighting marker. Most of them either describe Chris's search for a [[sweetheart]] or contain some of the evaluator's more favorable judgments of Chris's mental state, suggesting that Chris highlighted those passages to make sure Kacey (or possibly [[Megan]], given the age of these documents) noticed them. A few are passages that confirm the diagnosis of Chris's autism, which he probably highlighted as part of his campaign to prove that he was the one and only Christian Weston Chandler (his autism being a crucial component of his personal identity).

The sign was a list of qualifications that a potential girlfriend would have. He said that he has been very frustrated by his inability to find a girlfriend and he suffers from "[[Noviophobia|novio phobia]]." This refers to his frustration that females often tell him that they already have a boyfriend. While he does have [[Chris and sex|physical attraction]] towards females, his primary frustration is with his lack of companionship. He had also carried his sign in the [[Fashion Square Mall]]. This unfortunately lead to him being detained by [[Jerkops|the police]] and placed in handcuffs briefly, although he was not taken to jail.

During the interview, the patient provided the examiner with a number of examples of his [[Chris and art|artwork]]. Much of this artwork was centered on his interest in a video game, [[Sonic the Hedgehog]], as well as [[Pokemon|Pokeman [''sic'']]] cartoon characters.

The patient's parents provided additional historical information and documentation as to the reasons for his suspension from PVCC. According to his parents, there have been a number of incidents which lead to his suspension. They feel strongly that the suspension was unwarranted and did not take into account the patient's developmental limitations. These young women were questioning the patient regarding his search for a girlfriend, at which point he told them they could not be his girlfriend because they were not white. Based on the letter sent to him by the college, this was interpreted by the administrator as being a form of harassment. There were several hearings held on the matter and ultimately the patient was suspended. The criteria that have been set for his return to Piedmont included [[Chris and anger|anger]] management classes, psychological evaluation, and "social skills counseling." He has already undergone psychological evaluation by Robin Hawkes at the Center of Learning Potential. He is 77-years-old and is retired engineer from General Electric. [[Barb|His mother]] is 65-years-old and worked in the past at a local bank. Neither of his parents or any other family members are known to have any psychiatric disease. The patient has a maternal cousin who has severe autism, although there are no other family members with developmental delays.

The patient is a mildly [[fat|overweight]], white male, wearing blue jeans and a [[Chris and fashion|shirt]]. The artwork was hand drawn and then scanned into the [[computer]] for transfer to the card. He had a number of statistics and other information on the backside of the card. The patient pointed out a series of cards that were of a video game theme, but depicted him in various difficult situations in which he has dealt with recently. He also presented the examiner with his business card containing a link to [[Sonichu.net|his website]]. His speech was somewhat nasal with frequent, awkward laughing during his sentences. His speech was fluent. His responses were appropriate to the questions posed to him. Overall, the volume of his speech was slightly elevated, although his tone was generally pleasant and almost jovial. His thought processes were linear and logical. He was somewhat concrete, especially regarding social interactions. He seemed to have good insight into his limitations. As suggested above, his thought content was largely based on his interest in Pokeman [''sic''] and sonic [''sic''] cartoons. He did not express any delusional thought content. There was perhaps an obsessional quality to [[Love Quest|his preoccupation with finding a girlfriend]], although he did not feel that this was a problem for him. He did not voice any perceptual disturbances and did not seem to be responding to internal stimuli. His impulse control appeared to be good during the interview and his judgment was fair, although social judgment was likely somewhat limited.

He is left, however, with a severe degree of social awkwardness and seems to have good insight into this. He is left feeling somewhat frustrated as he has a strong desire for companionship, although his social limitations prevent him from being able to realize this in the way which he would like. He has been on antidepressants for many years and it is not entirely clear what role they played. As mentioned above, there is a certain obsessional quality to his thoughts, although it is not clear that he meets criteria for an obsessive-compulsive disorder. Overall, he has a sense that the Paxil has been affective [''sic''] in tempering his frustrations and anger. His parents also feel he has benefited from it. He would possibly benefit from psychotherapy, although this would need to be tailored to his interpersonal style. Ideally this would be done in a setting tailored to patients with this sort of developmental problem. Based on the information available at this time, the patient doesn't seem to pose a significant threat to himself or anyone else. There is some suggestion that the anger control has been a problem, although how that has manifested itself is unclearly[''sic'']. He certainly has no history of physical violence which would suggest any future risk.

Based on the information available at this time, the patient doesn't seem to pose a significant threat to himself or anyone else. There is some suggestion that the anger control has been a problem, although how that has manifested itself is unclearly[''sic'']. He certainly has no history of physical violence which would suggest any future risk.

Note that Chris doesn't give him a creative name, like Shadow, but thinks that noting his "blackness" would be enough (see B-Manajerk). Black Sonichu's story is quite (stereo)typical. He was brought to the CWCverse against his will, and [[Reldnahc]] (a white boy) quickly states that he is Blachu's master. Black then proceeds to steal a pink woman ([[Rosechu]]) and later a precious stone ([[Legendary Master Sunstone]]). Black Sonichu, compared to his yellow original, is considered inferior, and is all brawn and aggression while not being able to figure how to defend properly. Before his name change several characters made several ambiguous remarks when referring to him which could be interpreted as racist (including [[Wild|Wild's]] "I was following this black guy on a board..." comment). To Chris's credit, Blake becomes a positive character later, and even scores an interracial relationship with [[Bubbles Rosechu]]. Still, the couple is forced to hide that fact from the intolerant society of [[CWCville]], and other characters do nothing to stop this travesty.

When it comes to '''music''', [[Chris]]'s tastes range from generic pop to generic rock. However, he [[SHE IS MINE NOW|has been seen]] listening to shit he's heard from ''[[Guitar Hero]]''. While some undoubtedly great songs have made their way into the franchise, it is debatable whether Chris actually listens to them for enjoyment, instead of simply posturing.

==Musical tastes==
Chris has often cited that he likes "All popular music." While it's possible that he's just giving that answer to appear cool and easygoing, he really does seem to try to listen to whatever popular opinion tells him is good. Almost every song on either of his two horrible albums was a top 40 hit at one point or another. Additionally, in a few of his [[Mumble]] chats, Chris left his radio on for the whole conversation. This means that he both enjoys the background music, and that he's totally inconsiderate to the other people in the chat.

Chris's favorite radio station is [[Wikipedia:WQMZ|Z 95.1]] from Charlottesville, which plays incredibly bland and inoffensive pop music (i.e. what you hear in a doctor's office or a store too cheap to afford Muzak). The station bills its offerings as "today's hits and yesterday's favorites, music for women."<ref>[http://www.z95.net Z95.1 homepage]</ref> Chris listens to the [[John Tesh]] radio show on 95.1, and once won a set of tickets to a [[100 2178|sporting event]] through a call-in contest.

The only artist Chris seems to really idolize is [[Britney Spears]]. There is virtually no doubt that this is more because she's hot than because he appreciates her (alleged) musical talent. In his date with [[Emily]], he claims to like Louis Armstrong, but he's never mentioned the man since, so it was probably just an effort to look like a [[Bob|sophisticated jazz-listener]].

If his Rhapsody account (seen below) is any indication, almost everything Chris listens to has been in a ''Guitar Hero'' game. This adds yet more [[Fat|weight]] to the theory that Chris is spoon-fed pop culture from [[PS3| video games]] and ''[[Family Guy]]''.

Also, keeping with the theme of liking things that most people his age are unaware of (such as the lesser-known ''[[Ghostbusters]]'' series or ''[[American Rabbit]]'') or would not enjoy (such as ''[[Red Skelton]]'', ''[[I Love Lucy]]'' or ''[[Thurston Howell III|Gilligan's Island]]''), Chris has twice referenced Billy Joel's 1985 track "[[Wikipedia:You're Only Human (Second Wind)|You're Only Human (Second Wind)]]," an extremely dated, upbeat mid-'80s pop song written specifically to stop teenagers from killing themselves. To date, Chris has referenced the song in a [[Captain's Log, Stardate April 28th, 2009|YouTube video]] where he says [[DIRTY, CRAPPED BRIEFS|shitting your pants]] from [[stress]] isn't a big deal, and again when [[Mailbag 6|asked]] by a fan whether he'd ever had thoughts of suicide. Chris replied, with no elaboration, that he had [[Lie|"a lot to live for"]] and told the fan to go listen to the song.

==YouTube background music==
Towards the fall of 2009, Chris began to include popular songs as background music in a number of his [[YouTube]] videos. Some videos, such as [[SHE IS MINE NOW]], featured [[Wikipedia:Aerosmith|Aerosmith]] in the background, possibly in a sad attempt to appear intimidating and hardcore. For [[30 Push-Ups|videos]] showing off his [[I AM STRONG|athletic prowess]], Chris favored "[[Wikipedia:Eye of the Tiger|Eye of the Tiger]]" by Survivor. In light of Chris's virulent hatred of [[homos]], this is a somewhat ironic choice, given the extraordinarily homoerotic overtones of both the training sequences in ''Rocky III'' and Survivor's own music video for the song. For [[For Kacey from CWC|videos]] intended to express his heartfelt love for [[Kacey]], Chris employed REO Speedwagon's power ballad "Can't Fight This Feeling."

It is impossible to overstate how terrible of a singer Chris is. It's also impossible to overstate [[Chris and reality|how deluded Chris is]] about his ability to sing. He's so deluded, in fact, when trying to confront [[Liquid]] via artistic competition, he created the [[SingStar Challenge]], and lost spectacularly.

Chris's voice is unusually high-pitched, and often louder than appropriate. He also tends to speak in an [[Autism|odd, emotionless monotone]]. These issues with his voice become even more obvious when he tries to sing. In both his [[Christian and the Hedgehog Boys]] albums, he doesn't actually "sing" so much as desperately yell over the track in an attempt to drown out the actual words of the song. This is painfully obvious when he attempts to sing [[Sonichu's Zip]], a song that uses "Sonic Drive," the ''Japanese'' theme song of the anime ''[[Sonic]] X'', where the entire song devolves into screaming gibberish. When he does try to actually vary his voice away from the standard monotone, it becomes very obvious that Chris is almost completely tone-deaf. His [[Speech Impediment|voice goes up and down]] with little regard to the background music, or even the original artist he's shouting over. He barely manages to carry a tune on [[I Got A Fish]], though.

Chris also has a lot of trouble with timing. While the songs he's written usually do a pretty good job matching the originals, Chris often falls behind or rushes ahead of the music he's chosen. This could probably be avoided if he took the time to practice, but practice would be work, and work is something Chris just doesn't do. For similar reasons, it's very obvious in all of Chris's musical performances that he doesn't really know the words, and usually just mumbles along whenever he doesn't know what's next. The look of dull panic on his face is priceless.

===A capella===
In the [[Official Videobooks]], Chris will occasionally break out into ''a capella'' renditions of what we can only assume is supposed to be Sonichu's theme music. These bizarre freestyle musical interludes drive home exactly how childish Chris is. There's something uniquely terrifying about a 28 year old man (who looks like he's 45) showing us his Sonic/Pokémon crossover and shouting "dun dun dun." Chris also occasionally does this in his normal videos. He also performed a poor rendition of "The Final Countdown" while showing us that he can still [[Clyde is Weaker than Water|pick up a chair]].

Despite his frequent use of this vocal technique, Chris clearly doesn't understand the full meaning of the word. During the [[PaRappa the Rapper Contest]], a frequent source of [[rage]] from Chris was the "music" in the background of [[Adam Stackhouse]]'s video. However, since the music was simple beatboxing, it would be considered ''a capella'' by most.

===Rap===
With the success of artists like [[Wikipedia:Eminem|Eminem]] and [[Wikipedia:Jedi Mind Tricks|Jedi Mind Tricks]], plus the odd continued existence of [[Wikipedia:Nerdcore|nerdcore]], white guys rapping on [[YouTube]] is not unheard of. [[CChanSonichuCWC|Some of these individuals]] demonstrate impressive [[SHE IS MINE NOW#MC CWC responds|talent]] in their ability to flow on a beat. Christian is not among them.

Of course, his most notable foray into rap is his entry for the PaRappa Contest. While his motivations and the drama it caused are covered extensively in that article, the video itself is characterized by a complete lack of rhythm or flow. The result sounds sort of like a Muppet slurring his words together and randomly shouting.

Before he starts the song in earnest, Chris does a little bit of freestyling in the beginning. Needless to say, it's not promising:

In [[December 2009]], Chris would [[Hello, Juffalo|rap once again]] to Insane Clown Posse side project [[Wikipedia:Dark Lotus|Dark Lotus]]. As usual, he made no attempt to learn the lyrics and appears to be reading them off a piece of paper with inappropriate affect. During a portion of the video he mumbles to himself, rocking back and forth and fondling his ample breasts not once, but twice. He also refers to himself as a [http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Juffalo ''Juffalo''], a term apparently used by Insane Clown Posse aficionados to describe the noncommittal poseurs who aren't good enough to fully appreciate the world of clown-related rap.

Two days prior to this he made another [[IPods Down and Listen Up|awful freestyle rap]]. The point of this is unclear, although he apparently visited a doctor, who suggested that he take over-the-counter vitamins. He likens the effects of these vitamins to Viagra, and then compares himself to a tiger who would rape a panther to produce tiger-panther cubs. Yeah...

Chris seems to have a very tenuous grasp on what constitutes a musical instrument. Notably, in [[Brutal Legend Plus|several]] [[Holding Out For a Hero|of]] [[The Contest NEVER was to Determine Who was Who|his]] [[LOOK at the truth!|videos]], Chris tends to treat his [[Gitar of Fail]] like it's a real instrument. This seems outright foolish, even for Chris, until you consider his mindset. All of Chris's [[Sonichu|"creations"]] are copies of other things, yet are still [[Chris and Copyright|somehow completely original.]] So by "playing" someone else's song on ''Guitar Hero'', his [[autistic]] mindset dictates that he is actually playing the song. Go ahead and try to wrap your head around this doublethink.

As further proof of his madness, Chris equated Liquid's actual musical skill to him playing ''Guitar Hero'', to such a degree that he felt it necessary to outlaw both in the [[SingStar Challenge]].

It is also telling that not only does Chris lack any sense of pitch in singing, but with melodies in general. This is evidenced in the [[The_24th_Wedding_Anniversary_Special#Part_1|Wedding Anniversary Special]], where he claims to be playing the original theme to [[Sonic the Hedgehog]], but ends up with some wildly [[fail|unrecognizable]] tune that only vaguely resembles the Sonic theme rhythmically. This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Chris is actually tone-deaf, instead of simply lacking in vocal skills. This may be a symptom of [[autism]], as subtleties in tone and intonation indicating emotional and social cues are beyond his grasp.

==Recording tech==
Chris's idea of accompaniment is putting the original song playing on the background using his [[PS3]] and the near-$1,000 [[Sony]] LCD HDTV, and the most expensive speakers his [[monthly tugboat|boat]] could tug in, while he sings with his unique voice. The singing, of course, is dutifully recorded with the long-suffering [[PSEye]] camera. The implications are staggering:

* There's always a huge quality loss when music is played on speaker and then re-recorded from a distance, because the acoustics of the room distort the sound and the air itself blocks low and high frequencies, leaving you with only a distorted fraction of the original sound. Chris, of course, believes that everything he does is perfect on the first try and never has to be redone, just like his art.

* The original lyrics are still on the song. Chris was twice kicked out of Wal-Mart. On 23 June 2005, the manager of the store's McDonald's (depicted as the [[B-Manajerk]] by Chris in the comics) attempted to arrest Chris for loitering, but his own fast thinking and hiding his Attraction Sign (which got him in trouble in the first place) ended up with him removed from the restaurant for the rest of the day (or so he says). The actual banning came two days later, 25 June 2005, when Chris returned and attempted to loiter again. Both managers for McDonald's and Wal-Mart confronted Chris, but being the stubborn, pig-headed, [[JERK]]-hating manchild he is, he refused to listen to the managers, ran off and nearly ran ''over'' one of them. In late 2009, he returned to Wal-Mart, forcing one of the female employees to measure him for a [[sports bra]].

On 20 July 2005 (almost a month after Chris's incident over at Wal-Mart), he attempted to loiter at a newly-built Target, intending on exploiting their free soda refill deal while he tried to get boyfriend-free girls. According to [[Emily]], Chris was approached by management and asked to leave, but he refused. Pressed, he insulted them and forced them to call the cops. When they did, Chris tried to run, forcing them to tackle, hogtie and handcuff him. All this on the store's opening week!

On the morning of July 3rd, a field agent reported that he spotted Chris and his father at a local Burger King. Bob was arguing with the cashier over exactly how much he was supposed to pay for his coffee--likely because he'd arrived too late to get a discount on it. At some point during the fight, Chris joined in and [[Chris and Anger|yelled "so loud, it would awaken the dead"]]. Bob may have also accused the cashier of racism due to him being white. If they're both not banned from the establishment already, we can safely assume that they're not going back.

Chris stated in part 4 of his [[KCWC Top 10 Dedication Special]] that he was kicked out of the "Wolf Cub Scouts" in the late 80s because he was autistic. Undoubtedly, it was for something he did that he didn't tell us about. His commentary suggests that he routinely angered his Den Mother with his illogical behavior and that he believes this to be the reason he is banned. In [[Mailbag 18#Instead the courts were on the side of justice|Mailbag 18]], Chris revealed that his parents tried to sue the Boy Scouts of America over this incident.

===Piedmont Virginia Community College===

Two incidents occurred here. The first occurred on Chris's 21st birthday, 24 February 2003. Chris originally blamed the incident on him having an outburst when he was kicked out of a class after telling a male professor that he, like the main character in a story they were learning about, was autistic. According to Emily, however, it turns out that he was kicked out because of his homophobic tendencies causing him to say something derogatory. In either case, Chris started his [[Love Quest]] this day.

The second incident occurred when, in mid-October 2003, dean [[Mary Lee Walsh]] spotted Chris and his [[Attraction Sign]] and took it away, criticizing Chris for his actions, as she believed he was trying to solicit sex. When Walsh destroyed a second sign, Chris [[Chris and Anger|raged]] and went on the offensive. This incident lead to her banning Chris for a year, forcing him to see a psychiatrist and go to anger management classes (all of which have [[fail]]ed).

Later, in [[Mailbag 14]], he claimed it was because "The pastor did a background check on me, and found images of women in bikinis on my Facebook; he was offended." Going by his behavior with his current congregation, it is not unlikely that he linked his pastor to his ED page in the hope that he'd make the congregation vandalize the page for him.

Shortly after the [[Jack Thaddeus Phone Call]] was released, a second one was released as well.

Jack uses this call to further berate [[Chris]] about his [[health]], [[money]] and [[Holiday_Greetings|anything]] [[Comic|else]] [[Barbara_Chandler|he]] [[Bob_Chandler|felt]] [[Kimmi|like]], because Chris is too dumb to hang up. Jack also reveals a hypothesis that his mother might have performed surgery on [[Bob_Chandler|Bob]]. It is also revealed that he only has roughly $200 in his savings (which is probably [[Monthly_tugboat|your money]]). This call is also one of the few instances where [[Barbara_Chandler|Snorlax]] makes an appearance.

In [[Sonichu 5]], Chris claims he got his CADD degree in May [[2006]]. He had, however, already been suspended from [[PVCC]] for over a year by then, so chances are large they just gave him the certificate to shut him up, and to stop Bob from suing them for playing [[kick the autistic]]. If this is true, it could mean that Chris never even finished his CADD classes, which seems quite likely, considering [[CADD Chef]] consistently gave Chris the terrible grades he so rightly deserved.

He even alludes to them assisting him at many points in his comic; for example, [[:Image:CWCvilleMapProper.jpg|Sonichu & Rosechu's benefit house]]. However, the few basic measuring skills he may have picked up from his CADD courses are made even more pitiful by the fact that he never uses a ruler nor are his drawings to scale, defeating the purpose of even learning CADD courses in the first place. Then again, it shouldn't require a fucking college course to be able to make basic measurements or draw things relatively proportionate to each other.

A villain by the name of [[CADD Chef]] appears in the comics, mocking Chris's designs for his mall. It is speculated that CADD Chef may be based on Chris's real life CADD teacher, and that he probably gave Chris a bad grade on his real life mall designs. This "injustice" guaranteed CADD Chef a place in the [[Private Villa of Corrupted Citizens]] as one of [[Mary Lee Walsh]]'s minions.

As a result of his massive [[ego]], [[Chris]] is very insecure about others' opinions regarding him and [[Sonichu Comic|his work]]. This has led to him '''censoring''' out various comments and remarks from [[trolls]] and innocent bystanders alike.

In the Mailbag, Chris's desire for censorship stems from his belief that it is the "Letters to the Editor" section of his website. From [[Nintendo Power|what media]] he's been exposed to, he has deduced that all letters to the editor must unconditionally praise him. Chris believes that such behavior is commonplace, as he accused Alec Benson Leary of doing the same thing in his Mailbags. He is unaware that it makes him look like an insecure tyrant.

Chris has been censoring events since [[Issue 0]] of the comic. Before his encounters with the trolls the majority of censorship in the comic has been indirect, recreating heavily distorted versions of real events in an attempt to make him look more sympathetic and heroic. It's not until the [[trolls]] began to pester him that other forms of censorship begin to emerge and eventually take over the comic.

Chris has a consistent standard as to what he censors: swear words and what people tell him to censor. While early Sonichu comics have [[CWC-isms|extremely bizarre and strange minced oaths,]] more recent issues have added actual swearing, which has been clumsily censored out. This goes for anything from "fuck," which is understandable, to extremely mild almost-swears like
"[[DIRTY, CRAPPED BRIEFS|crap]]" which TV-Y7 shows can get away with anyway (indeed, censoring the word makes it look [[Wikipedia:cunt|far, far worse]]). Chris obviously has no problem with [[Chris Drops the N-Bomb|even the worst swearing,]] so we can assume he's doing it for the sake of the children reading the comic. Which is really strange, because he could just as easily have used harmless expletives like "Darn", and he has never voluntarily removed other objectionable content from his comic, such as:

When called on this, Chris blamed the Federal Communications Commission for not stopping him from doing so. He is clearly unaware that in America, the things people put on the Internet are regulated by nothing but the user's own self-control. And we all know how little of that Chris has.

===On his website===

The censorship for Chris's [[CWCipedia|website]] is even more thorough and entrenched than in the comic. Like in the comic, he censors any swear word, regardless of how mild it is, while leaving every other horrible thought that comes out of his head unedited. The only thing Chris likes to edit are other peoples' words.

Perhaps the most disturbing censorship comes with the mailbag. It didn't take long for Chris to start gutting the mailbag, first simply depositing questions he didn't want to answer in the "rejected" mailbag, then planting rejected letters into the "to be answered later" mailbag when called out on rejecting letters, then straight-up erasing letters from the page in hopes nobody would figure out they existed. The most insidious edits (as far as Chris can achieve insidiousness) are his editing of questions and letters, in varying degrees of severity. Usually, this is to bring letters in line with his self-serving moral standards, to remove opinions he disagrees with, to turn criticism of his comic into fawning, to turn approval of [[Asperchu]] into approval of Sonichu, or just to try and make his latest stupid point as hard as he can.

Interestingly, he is quite fond of striking out and replacing parts of letters with bold text, like a child scribbling over something he doesn't like. It's unknown whether he expects people to ignore the stricken parts of the letter, to agree with his [[Chris and ego|righteous fury,]] or if it's just for tantrum-like emphasis. He does the same thing when [[Chris chan (CWCipedia)|editing his ED page,]] so perhaps he just assumes we're all on his side.

Chris has an unpleasant tendency to refer to himself as the captain of the CWCipedia, and the trolls as assorted foes trying to bring him down. His actual level of control is of course negligible, so regardless of how disturbingly tyrannical his actions seem, he is so completely incompetent we should be glad he's not any smarter or in anything even vaguely resembling a position of power.

==Self-censorship==

When it comes to Chris censoring ''himself'', it's a difficult thing to actually pin down. It ''can'' be said that Chris has learned to put a filter on himself. This is often seen on his website, where he types any swear words he wants to use as the first letter of the word and a series of asterisks (example: f***, a**, etc). He knows he has to stay "Family Friendly", but he's too angry to go with inoffensive cusses like "Oh, nuts", so he uses implied swearing as a sort of [[naive|extremely stupid]] middle ground. This has resulted in some very unusual quotes, such as...

All of it was fair game. However, the trolling attacks on him have started to teach him that not everything can and should be said.

Of course, with Chris, trying to get him to stop mentioning things is akin to smacking a dog with a newspaper when it does something bad - you have to keep doing it ''over and over'' just to get him to learn. Case in point: [[The Wallflower]]. When the [[CWCki]] exposed The Wallflower to the world, she approached the site to get the page removed after learning what it contained. However, Chris not only took it as a victory for himself, he would ''still'' drop ''both'' of her names even a month afterward. Even worse, when Chris snatched the article for the Wallflower from the CWCki and placed it on the [[CWCipedia]], Chris removed the part that described how the CWCki was respectful to the Wallflower's privacy.

==Chris's views on censorship==

Chris's views on censorship are skewed at best and hypocritical at worst. His comic is easily the best example of Chris's odd views. Panty-shots, [[Sonichu 8|sex]] [[Giant Penis Comic|scenes]], "stripping for [[Women's Rights]]" - all of this stands in sharp contrast to Chris's unwillingness to push the extra mile on violence (especially when it comes to [[Simonla|killing characters]]) and the rampant "bleeping" of swear words. In fact, Chris's hypocritical actions mimic that of another famed troll-target, David Gonterman, whose misogynistic, homophobic and racist comments and actions clashed with with his attempts to paint a family friendly world. For someone who wants to have his comics published across the world, he's doing a poor job convincing people that he has material that's publishable - [[Chris and art|on top of]] [[Copyright|the rest of the evidence against him]].

In Chris's eyes, he thinks this is being "TRUE and HONEST", just like everything else. However, because of his [[autism]], he just has no filter for these sort of thing, and because he's such an unmotivated slug, he's never bothered to learn what's appropriate and what isn't. Thus, we've seen videos where [[CWCFlyingElephants|he's run around naked]], [[Death threats|threatened violence towards others]], and generally freaked others out.
