On '''28 October 2011''' - a date which will live in infamy - the [[GAMe PLACe]] was suddenly and deliberately attacked by forces of the City of [[CWCville]].

On that Friday evening, around 5:20 p.m.<ref>Based on metadata from Chris's photos</ref>, [[Chris]] and [[Barbara]] visited the GAMe PLACe and had an altercation with its [[manajerk|manager]], [[Michael Snyder]]. Chris took several photos of Michael on that day, and uploaded them to the [[CWCki]] in November. Why the delay? Well, as it turns out, he and Barb had been arrested by [[jerkop|police]] for various offences - including trespassing, assault, and failure to stop, and ended up going to jail. Now both have been charged with a Class 5 Felony, which implies "a '''term of imprisonment of not less than one year''' nor more than 10 years, and ... a fine of not more than $2,500."<ref>http://leg1.state.va.us/000/cod/18.2-10.HTM</ref>

Both Chris and Barb were released on bail following their arrest, with Chris's initial hearing being a week later than Barb's - possibly owing to the extra charge against him. It may also allow for additional information to be gathered about on his record of dealings with Michael Snyder and the GAMe PLACe, and also to consider any [[autism|medical grounds]] that may affect the outcome of any court proceedings against Chris. This is the first major event that has come to light since the death of [[Bob]] on 6 [[September 2011]].

While being blackmailed by [[Jack Thaddeus]] in the summer of [[2009]], Chris attempted to solicit the services of a Craigslist prostitute to fuck on camera so he could recover his hacked [[PlayStation Network]] accounts. After describing his personal problems to the prostitute, she hung up on him.

On 2 August 2009, a [[troll]] posted Chris's [[Son-Chu|'94 Ford Escort]] for sale on Craigslist as part of a [[car pranks|prank]]. In October of [[2011]], [[Chris]] put up a listing for a rather old, crappy television that was presumably owned by his [[Robert Chandler|late father]], accompanied by some God-awful, low-quality images of it. Although brief, the listing is practically oozing of Chris clichés such as a poor grasp of [[Chris and English|capitalization skills]], [[Naive|no concept]] of [[Chris and Money|how much things cost]] (for reference, the $250 asking price would easily get you a modern 32-inch HDTV from a major retailer like Best Buy), and unnecessary [[Autism|spewing of generic business jargon]]. It should be noted that the television was manufactured in August, 1999- the same month when Chris started to become infatuated with [[Pokémon]].

Am I reading this right? Chris got an Assault charge (assumption being it has to do with Snyder) but Barb got one too... but for a police officer, because her day in court was Oct 31, is there any information about what "assault" on the officer she actually did? Does anyone know what "complainant : CASON" means? And where can the stuff about him being in jail for two days be found? Not sure if the Autism card will completely save him this time, espectially for a felony. But could his years of being trolled actually give him a valid claim of "harassment". There certainly is an ocean of information posted online about him, much of which is blatant insults towards him. Any chance the CWCki could get in any sort of trouble for instigating these actions by Chris?
