As an American citizen who has a job (albeit a crappy job, but it's still a job) I feel cheated that some of my money may potentially be going to this manchild, not to mention I think it would be lulzy to see Chris lose everything.

Who would I go about contacting to get a re-evaluation of Chris's condition as relating to his monthly disability checks? I'm not denying that he has problems (as that should be very obvious), but I think that he is highly-functioning enough for wellfare to be unwarranted (he likely put that his autism hampers his social skills and thus renders him unfit for work, his large Internet presence is proof enough that this is bullshit).

The only record of his autism is that 2004 paper which, for reasons as mentioned in it's article is not really a good analysis of Chris's condition, so if they decide to investigate it would be most likely mandantory for them to get a fresh opinion. Also, this page (which will eventually surface in any search of CWC, most likely Chris will mention it himself) shows all the money wasted by Chris, and is damning evidence IMO (though CWCki being a semi-biased third-party, there will be concerns about legitimacy, and obviously Chris will decry "HACKERS").

There would also be concerns from the CWCkians that even if Chris were to fail a reevaluation and be forced to look for jobs, that he could simply say no one will hire him and get unemployment without actually trying to apply. I would think, however, that the Virginia employment commission would keep tabs on his case, and contact the employers for their confirmation of their refusal to hire Chris (I live in Texas and have been through 2 jobs, the workforce here DOES keep tabs on you like that. In my case it wasn't about abusing the system, but just confirming that I found another employer (whom they had previously called unbeknownst to me), so I'm basing my assumption of how the system works off of this experience).

Another underlying theme I'm getting from the article and the comments (though I may be fucking up the context) is that the arrangement Chris has now may not be 100% legal, which could lead to extra lulz.

Also, the 9/11 videos would maybe show that Chris has no respect for the government and only exists to exploit it.

I am serious about doing this as not only would this potentially direct my tax money to someone who needs it (or another leech amirite :P ) but it would also be a welcome kick into reality for Chris. The only problem is that I don't know exactly who to contact, should I write to my Congressman, to the Social Security Administration, or to the Virginia Employment Commission directly?

I apologize if this has been asked before, I'm a n00b plus I haven't seen anything about it here.

In the state of California at least, the 'monthly tugboat' averages out at about $825-$850. If California's process is standard for the rest of the country, (which it should be, because it's a federal program) he has to go in for re-evaluations or they'll stop payments. Okay, so the 'fan videos' is a cool and entertaining feature that can spice up a boring video page. Like all good ideas, however, something fucktarded has to come along. When I was 4 or so, I had an NES when it was still pretty new and my babysitter loved playing it. One time, my mom took away the NES from me because my babysitter was so enamored with the NES, she would forget to, you know, watch me. It's something like that.

I really didn't follow shit he did closely because Chris is enough drama to follow. 16BitAlex seemed to be causing drama that was counter productive to the CWCki's goal of documenting the life and times of Christian Weston Chandler.

It looks like he himself tried to ban himself and so I took it upon myself to do the job right for him. Alex, if you're reading this, you are free to appeal this ban. Likewise, he is free to create a new account and start life anew on the CWCki, provided he will not delve too much into his personal life and stay focused on just editing the CWCki.

I am really sick of this drama, not so much from CWCki editors but people like Clyde, and I'm afraid the only feasible solution I have was to remove Alex and in a way that was also to protect him because God damn, he is such a damn ass pie.

Greetings all. A friend of mine who used to work as paralegal in social security pointed out that Chris may be eligible for fraud charges. I don't know the exact rules myself, but it seems if you're taking the social security fund and, you are not supposed to have 'substantial assets' (that is, in excess of $2000, sans car and house). Seeing Chris' PS3 and list of purchases, he is very likely to have gone through that limit. Unless he could provide evidence that he is disabled for work, he may face up to 10 years in jail for the fraud charge.

Though I never would have expected to run into the elusive manchild, that is, until July 4th. Every year, McIntire Park shoots off fireworks for the July 4th. Many families come out to watch, despite the decline in quality each year due to money problems. So imagine my surprise when I see the internet sensation himself. At one point I noticed he pulled out his DSi, with something odd attached to the front of it. It looked like a zoom lense. But do they make zoom lenses for the DSi? I thought the camera quality was already shit. He seemed to use his DSi and what I think is the zoom lense looking at the people around here, presumably women, considering the creepy person he is. A little while later I noticed he had gotten up and started to walk, to where, I don't know. Then he stopped. Now, I don't know how to make of this...I saw him scribble on something, wrap it around what I think he picked up was a rock, and threw it at this woman. I don't think it hit her, but she seemed startled. She picked up whatever he threw, opened up the paper he had written on, looked at him, and shook her head. She then turned and went on her way.

At that point, I decided to leave it at that and go back to hanging out with my friends. I didn't see him after that point. Sorry for not adding more with the pictures, but I did notice that Chris had taken his DSi zoom lense(thanks for clarifying that up for me, guys) off his DSi and was using it as a telescope. He had it pressed up against his eye and was constantly watching around him with it for awhile. He also had this habit of taking off and putting on his sunglasses within seconds of each other. It seemed like he paid more attention to what was going on around him than what was happening at the concert. At one point, I noticed a girl, who looked like she was probably still in highschool, jump up on the ledge beside Chris to join a group of friends who happened to be stationed behind the manbaby. In the process, Chris turned to her and it looked like he said something to her, because immediately her facial expression changed from a legit happy one to a forced smile one. She joined up with her friends and they immediately huddled up together, whispering about something. At the same time they all looked up at Chris, and laughed. I can only imagine what he had said to the poor girl. A few moments later, one of the guys in the group picked up his cell phone and snapped a picture of Chris from behind. Maybe he's aware of who Chris is and will share his story somewhere. At that point, whether or not Chris realized they were making fun of him, he picked up his stuff and switched seating spots. I could be wrong, but it seems that thumbnails aren't auto-generated. Rather, they are stored server-side for use in a page. The problem is, the thumbnails are horrible space wasters.

This seems to be caused by the severe artifacting of the white background in the thumbnail. I don't know if there's anything you can do about this, but I thought I'd let you know. I have come under the impression that the [[List of Videos|list of Chris's video ]] is starting to become crowded, and that it's only going to become worse. Moreover, I think that it would be nice if we can have a script that could sort his videos by his date, his performance type, etc.

So I thought that it would be nice if we use a CGI program that could list/sort his videos.

I have knowledge with websites, and I have dealt with CGI programs before. Japanese websites are the best for finding a free CGI database program, which I am able to translate so that it would fit into the CWCki. (if time permits, of course)

But for now, do you agree with this idea?

==Repeat PVCC Registration Attempts==

I'm not sure about anyone else, but I think one reason behind this is because the page has no prompt confirming when you've successfully submitted the request (At least I didn't get one). I had a lot of trouble with the confirmation code and I had no idea I'd got it right until it told me that the name was already in use. I used the same name I used on here, so I figured [[Liquid Chris|someone else]] had taken it. I started trying another name and figured I was just screwing up the confirmation code again until it told me that the other name had been taken. I finally got the hint after that.
