'''''Metal Gear Solid''''' is a series of critically-acclaimed techno-thriller stealth [[video games]] created by Hideo Kojima and developed and published by Konami. The games revolve around covert operations to destroy [[Transformers|giant mechs]] and to uncover [[Greene County Conspiracy|a massive global conspiracy]], the plot of which is so complex that it is comparable to the level of complexity of [[Sonichu (comic)|the ''Sonichu'' comic]], albeit told more competently. Being that many veteran [[trolls]] emerged from the depths of [[4chan|/v/]] (where [[Fapcup|wanking]] to {{w|Big Boss (Metal Gear)|Big Boss}} is mandatory), several ''Metal Gear'' references emerged in the Tactical Trolling Operations that spurred from Chris's shenanigans in the late 2000s and early 2010s – most notably [[Liquid Chris]], whose name is an allusion to one of the main antagonists of the series. Even [[passive observers]] usually can't help but to make jokes about the ''Metal Gear'' franchise when it's applicable to Chris. While the franchise is not necessarily a favorite of [[Christian Weston Chandler|Chris]]'s, he has made some possibly unintentional nods to the franchise in his comics, along with eventually providing deliberate references to the series via his commission work and custom levels that he's designed in the various video games that he's played over the years.

==Allusions made by trolls==
* [[The Miscreants]] are an obvious [[parody]] of {{w|List of characters in the Metal Gear series#The Patriots|the Patriots}}, except while the Patriots specialize in (con)trolling the world, the Miscreants' main field of interest involved manipulating and monitoring the [[saga]]s and events of a certain autistic manchild. Their codenames all go along the lines of, "The (x)". This is a nod to ''{{w|Metal Gear Solid 3}}'', where one must face [[Blanca|The Pain]], [[Sarah May|The Fear]], [[Ivy|The End]], and [[BlueSpike|The Fury]].
* "Liquid Chris" was the codename for the identical twins Christopher and Jon Duckworth, noting that {{w|Liquid Snake}} was Solid Snake's genetic twin and enemy who had inherited the recessive genes of their father Big Boss and was therefore led to believe himself inferior, with the irony being that Liquid Chris excelled in everything Solid Chris does.
* In episode seven of Spazkid's animated parody of Chris' Sonichu comics, [[Sonichu the Animated Series]], [[Wild Sonichu]] is dressed as MGS2 Solid Snake and has Snake's gravelly voice and smoking habit. He comes across a carboard box in this scene, but instead of hiding inside of it to avoid enemies like the recurring gag in the MGS games, he sexually assualts it.
* In 2014, a ween posed as the series' creator, Hideo Kojima, to mess with Chris' Lego Cwcville Shopping Center [[Kickstarter]].
* The Discord server [[The Sons of the Miscreants]] in which several [[enablers]] chatted was named after the Miscreants trolling group as a reference to the Metal Gear theme.

==''MGS'' and Chris==
[[Image:Bigboss.JPG|thumb|150px|Jason Kendrick Howell, looking similar to Big Boss, making a brief cameo in [[Sonichu #8]].]]
Chris has purchased ''Metal Gear Solid'' from the [[PSN]]; however, he most likely has not touched it because he's too busy playing ''[[Guitar Hero]]'', ''[[Brutal Legend]]'', ''[[LittleBigPlanet]]'' or ''Wheel of Fortune'' and the fact that [[Sonichu Special 4|sneaking behind enemies instead of attacking them head-on]] is too stressful for him. The ''Metal Gear Solid'' games are known for having a '''lot''' of [[homos|homoerotic]] themes, whether or not Chris is aware of this is unknown.

* [[LittleBigPlanet#Metal Speed Solid|Metal Speed Solid]] is one of the ''[[LittleBigPlanet]]'' levels made by Chris. Yes, it's really bad.
* Gecko and Mantis are shown as chefs in [[CWC's "It's All Coming Back To Me"]]. While physically deformed [[Electric Hedgehog Pokémon|mutants]], their names are reference to the [[troll]] Gecko Mantis, who got his name from the elite bio-mechanical robot originating from ''MGS4'', and Psycho Mantis, a psychic soldier appearing as a boss in ''MGS1,'' briefly in ''MGS4,'' and as a minor antagonist in ''MGSV''.
* [[Jason Kendrick Howell]] was portrayed similar to Big Boss, with brown hair, a headband and an eye patch. However, Jason revealed that Chris saw an old picture of him with an eye patch on [[MySpace]]<ref>https://youtu.be/DdOMiQNewyk A Jason Retrospective Part 2]</ref>.
* Chris made a ''Metal Gear'' [[Sonichu]] model for ''[[ModNation Racers]]'', who, with enough [[alcohol|booze]], vaguely resembles Master Miller from Metal Gear 2, Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker, and Metal Gear Solid V.
* Chris drew ''Metal Gear Sonichu'' in 2019, depicting the electric hedgehog Pokemon wearing Solid Snake's MGS2 sneaking suit but lacking the legendary mercenary's iconic bandanna. Chris also used this artwork to create a [[TSSSF]] card under the same name.

'''Liquid Chris''' (real name: '''Dr. Christopher Morton Duckworth'''; born July 1990) claimed to be the [[TRUE and HONEST]] '''Christian Weston Chandler''', and the one and only creator of the [[Electric Hedgehog Pokémon]] [[Sonichu (character)|Sonichu]]. In reality, he was simply an impersonator on [[YouTube]] who initially just made videos to amuse himself and his friends. Liquid was played by identical twin brothers Chris and '''Jon Duckworth'''. Chris portrayed Liquid on YouTube and in the PVCC Forums, while Jon portrayed him during the Sing-Star Challenge.

Liquid Chris gets his nickname from ''[[Metal Gear Solid]]'', a video game which featured a storyline of the clone "brother" of the player character, Solid Snake (hence why [[Christian Weston Chandler]] is referred to as Solid Chris in this saga, as he will be for the remainder of this page). Eventually, Solid discovered Liquid, and he actually believed that he was an impostor trying to take credit for his glorious creation, rather than just being an impersonator. Once he was in Solid's sights, Liquid decided to up his game by playing along with his rivalry with Chris-Chan (as did his fans), and became a full-time [[Trolls|troll]].

Liquid insisted that he was the real Chris-Chan, and chose to address his counterpart as the impostor [[Ian Brandon Anderson]], based on the initials of his IBAChandler YouTube username. Liquid eventually got into fights with Solid over [[Kacey]]'s heart, briefly halting production of videos when Liquid was kidnapped by Solid (portrayed by the other twin filming the video). Liquid made a triumphant return to defend Kacey's honor, and they retired from trolling Chris after "getting married". This saddened Chris, though he quickly got over it and moved onto finding another [[sweetheart]] after about a day.
==Prologue==
{{Incomplete|Information on Jack Thaddeus' contribution to the start of the saga.}}
[[June 2009]] was a busy month for Solid [[Chris]] full of highs and lows. Solid was getting out of the house more and knocking back some [[Chris's Big Night Out|Long Islands]] with a new group of acquaintances. He was given the reins to his shiny new [[CWCipedia]] and had his [[YouTube]] account "'''CChanSonichu'''" compromised. Yes, he was [[Rollin' and Trollin']] indeed.

{{quote|And I'm nowadays wearing a vest and improving my image.|Solid Chris<ref name="realprotest">[[REAL Protest against the FAKE]]</ref>}}

==A challenger appears==
{{protip|"Liquid Chris" was actually Christopher Duckworth, and he made no actual attempt to steal Chris's identity. The saga started as just a comedic impersonation that Chris took too seriously, and Duckworth simply went along with it once noticed by the man himself. It should also be noted that Liquid tried to make it as blatantly obvious as possible in the beginning stages (i.e. stuffing a pillow in his shirt, paper cut-out medallion).}}
[[Image:Torture.jpg|Liquid torturing the impostor.|thumb]]
[[Image:Liquid VS Solid.png|"There's room for only one Chris, and one Mayor!" |thumb]]
:''See also: [[CChanSonichuCWC Videos, June-July 2009#Antebellum|Liquid's Antebellum Videos]]''

At the end of the month a new YouTube account, [https://web.archive.org/web/20100522150728/http://www.youtube.com/user/CChanSonichuCWC http://www.youtube.com/user/CChanSonichuCWC], appeared with a simple premise: that the ''real'' Christian Weston Chandler (henceforth '''Liquid Chris''') was back online after a long absence, during which he lost his account to hackers, so all the weirdness on "CChanSonichu" was the work of hacking trolls, and he announced that he was ready to resume posting HONEST content on his new account. This new CWC posted four more videos, much of which were [[parody|parodies]] of earlier videos by Solid Chris.

{{quote|How else would I get fan art, if I was not the original creator of Sonichu?|Liquid Chris, [[CChanSonichuCWC_Videos,_June-July_2009#Update:_I_am_Still_the_Real_Christian_Weston_Chandler_Despite_LIES_AND_SLANDER._Also.2C_Some_Fan_Art|3 July 2009]]}}

Notably, Liquid Chris sported:
* An official [[Sonichu medallion]] (made out of paper, never ''Crayola Fuckin' Model Magic'')
* A [[Chris and fashion|striped shirt]] (brown)
* [[Pedo-Glasses|A pair of rather bulky glasses which would look ridiculous on anybody else.]]
* [[Obesity]] (by means of a stuffed shirt, later removed)
* [[Speech impediment|A distinctive nasal voice]]
* [[Autism]]

All of which, of course, made him almost [[Chris and reality|''indistinguishable'']] from Solid Chris! Solid himself made no comment, probably because he didn't notice the new videos among the chatter of all the other trolling. The alternative — that Solid just ignored them — is far too reasonable to consider.

==Ian Brandon Anderson==
{{main|Ian Brandon Anderson}}

What really cranked this up to eleven was a chain of events that started with Solid Chris getting his "CChanSonichu" channel back: First, Solid posted [[CWC Calls Out Three Naïve YouTubers|a series of videos]] on 10 [[July 2009]] where he "called out" three trolls by their YouTube handles, and dropped their dox (well, dropped "supposed states of residence"). That resulted in the permanent banhammer for "CChanSonichu".

The next piece fell into place when he posted his [[Rollin' and Trollin']] video on his new YouTube account, "[[IBAChandler]]". When it hit [[Encyclopedia Dramatica]], newfags everywhere momentarily lost control of their bowels, thinking they'd been trolled by a grand master. Trolls, however, did what trolls do best: they started riffing on it. Pretty quickly, YouTube comments popped up referring to Solid as "Ian Brandon Anderson". Such was the price of success for Solid's small drop of near win in his sea of epic fail: he had delivered unto his enemies a weapon that they'd use for months.

Even then, the damage control from that episode would have probably kept him from noticing Liquid's videos. Liquid, however, then raised the stakes in an attempt to get Solid's attention.

==The CWCivil War==

The war began on 21 July, when Liquid uploaded a [[CChanSonichuCWC Videos, June-July 2009#Now Selling the OFFICIAL and ORIGINAL SONICHU Merchandise of CWC, NO FAKERIES OR IMPOSTOR|video]] that reeled Solid in hook, line, and sinker, having sold Sonichu merchandise with [[Samantha Thaddeus]] at Otakon. A rebuttal was in order:

{{quotebox|DO NOT BUY from the Impostor, "<nowiki>http://www.youtube.com/user/CChanSonichuCWC CWCCChanSonichuCWC</nowiki>". HE IS CRAPPY, and [[Chris and English|his Nasal Voice]] is JUST DOWNRIGHT AWFUL.

F*** HIM TO HELL!<ref name="realprotest"/>}}

Solid also took time out from his busy schedule to post threats on Liquid's YouTube comments:

{{quotebox|'''The Final Showdown'''

Christopher Christian Weston Chandler<ref name="realprotest"/>}}

Even at this point, Solid Chris still may have let this all go, as he was simultaneously getting blackmailed by [[Jack Thaddeus]], who was holding his [[PSN]] account to ransom. But as that wound down, Liquid caught Solid's eye again, by picking up on the Ian Brandon Anderson meme:

{{quotebox|Hello, again, Loyal Fans,

For whatever reason, Solid dug up an old video of himself failing at ''Guitar Hero'' and dumped it online. Liquid shot back with a TRUE and HONEST rendition on a real guitar.

More [[I Am The TRUE, Original CCWC|video rage]] followed before Solid attempted a cunning plan:

And then he shaved his goatee off. Dry. With a safety razor.

As expected, the contest went to Liquid, the absolute chad, and Solid, as always, was a sore loser about it. Liquid had a tally of four votes in favor, two against. He then took his leave from the competition, after announcing a number of personal coups:
* That he'd finally found a true sweetheart, [[Kacey]].
* That he'd landed a job as a Production Manager and Game Designer at [[Microsoft]] for a ''Sonichu'' game for all consoles.
* That Dark Horse Comics would be publishing his [[Sonichu (comic)|''Sonichu'' comics]], making him even more filthy rich, with the opening of the CWCStore.

And finally, that he had decided to stop battling the Solid, and move out of his parents' house to live in Redmond, Seattle, to continue his happy, successful life.
Of course, this sent Solid completely over the deep end. First, he raged:

{{quote|STOP THAT IMPOSTOR BASTARD WHO HAS BEEN POSING WITH MY NAME, MY ADDRESS, MY PHONE NUMBER, EVERYTHING! STOP HIM! HE DESERVES NOTHING!|Solid Chris, [[NO D*** WAY, IMPOSTOR!!!|"NO D*** WAY, IMPOSTOR!!!"]]}}

Then, he tried reason:

{{quotebox|The ''Singstar'' Challenge was NEVER to verify who was the real Christian Weston Chandler, because everyone on the [[Internet]] knows that I am, he's the impostor. They should quit encouraging him. And I wish that he would stop his stupid, damn, dirty game. I don't know what the heck is wrong with his head. [''his voice gets higher''] He ain't right. Liquid Chris reappeared on 15 [[October 2009]] with a new video explaining the trials and tribulations of the past few months, and igniting a heated love triangle with Solid for Kacey's affections. According to Liquid, he had been unlawfully detained in a meat-packing factory, and when he managed to escape, he found himself in Africa. With the assistance of a few others, Liquid managed to make his triumphant return to Ruckersville, and the stage was set from there on out.

In the [[Greetings to Kaceys Folks|video]] addressed to Kacey's parents, Solid called him '''"the previous Chris"'''. In a [[11052009 Kacey, I Love You, and I Need You|desperate video for Kacey]], Solid called him '''"the other Chris"''' repeatedly.
===Epilogue===
[[File:Liquid Chris.jpg|thumb|200px|[[TSSSF]] card Chris made of Liquid, eight years after the closing of the saga.]]

Liquid Chris is now married to his beloved sweetheart, [[Kacey]]. As the one TRUE and HONEST creator of Sonichu, his artwork and comics are extremely popular and he often attracts many beautiful [[boyfriend-free girl]]s with his medallions and his [[Gitar of Fail|Guitar of Win]].

Liquid makes mad [[Clyde Cash|cash]] by selling said medallions at Otakon and other [[anime]] [[Anime Mid-Atlantic|conventions]] while voicing Solid in ''[[Sonichu the Animated Series|Sonichu: The Animated Series]]''. He has also made several hundred thousand dollars from his two critically acclaimed games, ''[[Pokémon: Lightning Version]]'' and ''Sonichu: The Crystal Chronicles'' for the [[Nintendo|Nintendo DS]] and [[HEXBox|Xbox 360]], respectively. On 27 July 2011, Liquid bid fond faredieu to the trolling universe on YouTube by closing his account.

Solid Chris then considered Liquid Chris a friend.

After Chris Duckworth abandoned his Liquid Chris persona, he acquired a BS in oncology, and he currently works as a cancer research doctor.<ref>https://www.targetedonc.com/view/tumor-growth-angiogenesis-ovarian-cancer-linked-to-key-adapter-protein</ref> Time will tell if his findings will bring us one step closer to the cure.

While Chris Duckworth has retired from trolling Solid Chris, he recorded a [[parody]] of the theme song to ''{{w|The Cleveland Show}}'' at some point prior to [[November 2015]], when the video was reuploaded. The song was eventually animated as ''[[The Chris-Chan Show]]'' in [[November 2020]], which attracted the attention of Solid.

In the years since, Solid eventually forgot about much of the Liquid Chris saga.<ref>[[Idea Guy Q&A]]</ref> However, in fall [[2019]] Chris created a [[TSSSF]] card of Liquid Chris, showing he still held some animosity towards him – the card describes Liquid as a villain utilizing "pretentious acting".
== Liquid's last statement ==
Hello All,<br>

I have been Enjoying the Married Life with my Sweetheart and making Several Hundred Thousand Dollars at Nintendo and Microsoft on Pokemon: Lightning Version and Sonichu: The Crystal Chronicles for the Microsoft X-box. I do not have much time for the Youtube, but my Good Friend Dr. Aleksander Egorov (a Physics Animator) has taught me how to Edit Well. In my Spare Time, I have been honing my own Skills as an Editor. I created this Project for my Loyal Fans, who are STILL being TERRIBLY ANNOYED by the Fraud, Ian Brandon Anderson. It is Very Nice to have a home in Redmond, Washington now; I do not care for the fact that I do not stay in one place for long. Perhaps I will be coming to a Convention Near You, Sonichu fans. I thank God and Jesus every day for Each One of you. This is my message for now; Goodbye.<br>

Gladly to be Where I Am,<br>

Christian Weston Chandler<br>

PS: As I have SO MANY MESSAGES now, do not Trust that yours can, or will, be answered; I appreciate EVERY ONE, and all Nice Comments.

==Irony==
[[File:Liquidd.jpg|thumb|left|Ian acts as the real Chris, in [[100 2270|"100 2270"]].]]
[[Image:LiquidChrisBelieveInMe.jpg|thumb|BELIEVE.]]

[[Ian Brandon Anderson|IBAChandler]] has mocked Liquid on several points:

* [[Speech impediment|His nasal tone.]]
* [[Chris and fashion|His brown striped shirt.]]
* [[Chris and money|Actually making money off ''Sonichu''.]]
* [[Obesity|His appearance.]]

It's a bad sign when one is fighting a mirror, and worse when the mirror is winning, worse still if it is a fun-house mirror made especially to [[parody|mock]] you.

In early August 2009,<ref>[[Captain's Log, Stardate August 3rd, 2009]]</ref> Solid began to believe that Liquid couldn't be the real Chris because only the real Christian Weston Chandler is a [[Slow-in-the-minds|retard]] who is the laughing stock of the Internet. Therefore, the fact that Liquid isn't trolled and doesn't do dumb shit suggests that he isn't the real Chris. Of course, previously mentioned theories seem to disprove this assertion.

In a further fit of irony, Ian ended up impersonating Liquid in a bizarre attempt to woo Liquid's girlfriend, [[Kacey]].

And in a last irony, Ian impersonated Chris who was impersonating him impersonating...or something...in [[100 2270|"100 2270"]].

== In the comic ==
[[Image:TrueAndHonestCWCArt.jpg|The impostor [[Chris]] stole his famous lecture to the [[Jerkops]] from the real Chris.|thumb|left]]
[[Image:Ibachandlercroppedsmaller.jpg|Beel explains Liquid's fate|thumb|top|right]]
[[Image:Furryiba.jpg|thumb|Go, [[IBAChandler]], and copycat-ly [sic] sieze [sic] to the extreme!|left]]
[[Image:Liquids_end.png|The commission as first seen in Ben Saint's lecture|thumb|top|right]]

Despite being one of the most important events in Christory, the Liquid Saga is addressed in only two pages within the entirety of ''[[Sonichu (comic)|Sonichu]]''. On 17 [[November 2009]], Liquid made his very first appearance in Solid' Chris's [[Sonichu 9|''Sonichu'' #9]]. Solid, being the slanderous impostor that he is, had the nerve to claim that Liquid's name was Ian Brandon Anderson, and once again tried (and failed) to convince everyone that he was the TRUE and ORIGINAL creator of the [[Sonichu]] franchise.

Chris planned a future plot where [[Giovanni]] captured [[Rosechu]] and forced [[Christian Weston Chandler (comic character)|Chris]] to cede control over [[CWCville]] to Liquid. This, however, has yet to be done.<ref>[[CWC Blog#20 November 2009]]</ref>

Since Liquid's fate in the comic remained nebulous at best, [[Ben Saint]] commissioned a piece from Solid Chris that explained Liquid's ultimate fate. To the surprise of Saint himself, Chris actually delivered. The piece was revealed in a YouTube lecture by Saint on the timeline of the Sonichu canon<ref>[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFOIauPQ5XI&t=4424s Sonichu 101: A CWC Lecture]</ref> and included commentary by [[Beel]], [[Sonichu (character)|Sonichu]], [[Rosechu]] and Chris himself.

{{quote|So, you want to know the fate of the past impostor of Christian, as the original person was known? Simply put, [[IBAChandler]], he was dragged down to [[14 Branchland Court|hell]], punished of identity theft, and all of his memories and past incarnations reset. His soul was born a fresh blank into a newborn child, and his old body was burned in Hell's lava pool.|[[Beel]] in the commissioned art.}}

However, [[Sonichu 13]] its mentioned that an "Ian Brandon Anderson" was elected as the head police chief of [[CWCville]]. Whether these two were meant to be the same character (thus making the commissioned comic page non-canon) or a totally different person with a similar name was never explained.<ref>[[:File:Sonichu 16 page-13.JPG]]</ref>
'''''Metal Gear Solid''''' is a series of critically-acclaimed stealth [[video games]] revolving around covert operations to destroy [[Transformers|giant mechs]] and to uncover [[Greene County Conspiracy|a massive global conspiracy]], the plot of which is so complex that it is comparable to the level of complexity of [[Sonichu (comic)|the ''Sonichu'' comic]], albeit told more competently.

==Allusions made by trolls==

==''MGS'' and Chris==

[[File:MiiverseSept15A.jpg|200px|thumb|A level that Chris made in ''Super Mario Maker''.]]
'''''Super Mario Bros.''''' (Often referred to as the '''Mario series''') is a Japanese video game franchise owned by [[Nintendo]] and created by Japanese video game designer [[Shigeru Miyamoto]]. Most of the games in the series feature the adventures of Mario, an Italian plumber, on his quest to save the princess of the Mushroom Kingdom from a villain named Bowser. Acting as the company's mascot, as well as being the eponymous protagonist of the series, Mario has appeared in over 200 video games since his creation.

== Chris's relationship with Mario ==
Despite his obsessive [[Chris and brand loyalty|brand loyalty]], the fact that his former icon, [[Sonic the Hedgehog]], was made to rival Mario, that he hated [[Harry Potter]] precisely for this reason (except with Pokemon), and [[Sonic Boom Protests|how he reacted]] when he felt that said icon was being defaced, he oddly never showed any grudge towards the plumber. In fact, Chris actually owns a good chunk of his games.

Chris's email address for much of the 2000s was ItsameCWC@aol.com, a nod to Mario's catchphrase "It's-a me, Mario!"

Chris purchased an [[Amiibo]] for "Mario/Peach/Bowser (Wedding 3-Pack)" on 6 December 2018.<ref>[[Wish list]]</ref>

==Mario Kart 64==
[[Mario Kart 64 Lego Raceway]] is a video series featured on Chris's "[[Christian Weston Chandler...Yep, I'm on TV :)|Yep, I'm on TV]]" DVD. It was filmed using a Game Boy Camera in 1998 when Chris was still in [[Manchester High School]].
The Game Boy Camera is a bulky Game Boy accessory cartridge with a camera built into it, which can be placed into a Game Boy and be used to take grainy black-and-white pictures. Afterward, these pictures can be edited in various ways; they can be drawn on, turned into sprites for a handful of minigames, be printed out with another expensive accessory called the "Game Boy Printer", or strung together to make an animation as Chris did. Using the camera and his Lego collection, Chris made a stop-motion animation of the cars racing around his Lego city and firing shells (or in this case, Star and Circle shapes) at each other, then added some appropriate music.

The Game Boy Camera can only hold thirty pictures at a time; that isn't nearly enough for even half a lap. What Chris did was take the thirty pictures, edit them appropriately, string them together into an animation, record the animation, and then repeat the process over and over. To make the sudden starting and stopping seem more "natural", Chris put a second of static at the end of each set of pictures. This didn't do anything to change how the twenty-second music clip Chris used for his animation gets more grating every time it is used.

It is impressive that Chris expended so much time and effort at such a complex and frustrating task, especially considering that years later, he would draw ''[[Sonichu (comic)|Sonichu]]'' comics without any planning or practice and upload YouTube videos without bothering to check them over first. Despite this, the actual animation is jerky and erratic, presumably due to the extremely low frame-per-second count (the average stop-motion production has 12 frames per second).

In the actual race videos, it's near impossible to tell what's going on, since most of the racers look exactly the same in poor quality black-and-white pictures. It doesn't help that the racing is regularly interrupted by confusing sequences where outsiders attack the racers.

The sequences also appear to have been transferred onto VHS tape at some point, as evidenced by the vertical stabilization problems, the noise at the bottom of the picture at the beginning of the first video, and the general picture quality of the video. Chris got the video on VHS by putting the Game Boy Camera into a Super Game Boy and hooking up his SNES to a VCR to record it from there.

==[[Mario Kart 8]]==
In May 2014, Mario Kart 8 was released worldwide on the [[Wii U]] and later ported onto the Nintendo Switch in 2018 with additional content. Although Chris has a Switch, it’s currently unknown if he owns Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Chris bought MK8 the same year of it’s release, despite the fact that he and his [[mom]] were suffering through [[financial]] hardship. Chris started uploading some videos of his gameplay. It is worth noting Chris has at least the second DLC pack for the game, so it can be assumed he has the first as well. On 17 July 2014, Chris created a video by using the MKTV editor and uploader. He posted it onto [[Miiverse]] and [[Youtube]], officially confirming that the [[Miiverse]] account was owned by the [[TRUE and HONEST]] creator of [[Sonichu]]. Chris must have enjoyed making them because he made five more.

==Super Mario Maker==
'''''[[wikipedia:Super Mario Maker|Super Mario Maker]]''''' is a 2015 side-scrolling platform game and game creation system developed and published by [[Nintendo]] for the [[Wii U]], released worldwide in September 2015. Players can create, play, and share courses online, free of charge, based on the styles of ''Super Mario Bros.'', ''Super Mario Bros. 3'', ''Super Mario World'', and ''New Super Mario Bros. U''.

Chris has made several levels in ''Super Mario Maker''. A video showcase of these levels can be seen [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6JV0XqNo5k here].

==Other games==
Chris' [[Club Nintendo]] registry confirms that he has bought:
* Mario Party 5
* Mario Kart: Double Dash!!
* Classic NES Series: Super Mario Bros.
* Mario Party 7
* Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time
* [[Transgender|Super Princess Peach]]
* New Super Mario Bros.
* Paper Mario
* Super Mario Galaxy
* Mario Super Sluggers.

Furthermore, a [[Nintendo employee reveals details of Chris's Nintendo transactions|Nintendo employee]] allegedly confirmed that he had bought:
* Super Mario Bros. Deluxe
* [[COVID-19|Dr. Mario]]

==In the comics==
There have been Mario inspired things within the Sonichu comics, such as SUPER [[Chris-Chan Sonichu]]'s weeb wings, this takes inspiration from Chris's [[Anime Mid-Atlantic]] wings given to attenders (Note that this was primarily meant for women) and most likely the Wing Cap from Mario 64, This was used once or twice and then never again.
