I generally have only added stuff to it when something major happens like the launching of a new project or trying to make a significant site change that requires user input (like getting rid of the Fan Works). Given that these sort of things don't happen that much, it's not updated much. I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing, we only really need to make huge changes when they're needed.

I too have noticed the large volume of account creation and it does look like something malicious may be on the horizon.
