All the while, Chris tries to rush the phone conversation, clearly not taking this shit seriously enough. Alec brushes upon the topic of the word "[[naïve]]", and Chris shows yet again that he doesn't understand the meaning of the word. [[Autism\|He also believes that the phrase "well, call me naïve" is an invitation to call someone naïve]]. Alec explains that it is just a turn of phrase, but metaphor and sarcasm seem to be concepts that are beyond Chris's grasp.
