	Actually, it seems to me that Punislav's name comes from the inscription on the side of Barricade from the Michael Bay movie 'To Punish and Enslave', instead of 'To Serve and Protect' that adorns most American police cars. This is in my mind the most likely source of the name, proving even further that Chris is completely bankrupt creatively and that the character is a huge ripoff.
