			:I observed the same thing, and I put it in [[Chris and Music]]. But OTOH... that Happy Birthday rendition is completely in rhythm and on-key, if a bit grating and out-of-tune. Was it a pre-fabricated version that Chris messed up? Or maybe a friend did it for him. 			The observation's been made before that Chris is tone-deaf but I think this video offers definite proof that it's more than just a really shitty singing voice. At about 6:50 into the father video, he starts playing his in-game composition of the Sonic the Hedgehog theme song (as a gift for his parents). Besides being absolutely atempo, it does not fit any sonic leitmotif I can remember - the closest it comes to is to the invincibility music in the old games (I'm a big fat nerd, shut up) but most of the note changes that are any less than maybe two whole steps he reproduces as the same as the previous note - like the seven identical notes at the end.

	If Chris spent money on them, then that would be 50$ he couldn't spend on video games.
