*Both hate [[Nathanael Greene Elementary School|their old schools]]. Kim had his old school blown up, although it was actually because he believed that it would make the normal children attending it [[Honor Roll|as smart as himself]] when they grew up.

*Both blame outside forces for their troubles. Kim believes that the only reason North Korea isn't a prosperous, powerful nation is because of the influence of those [[JERK]] countries like South Korea or the United States.
*Both have [[Chris and Money|bad spending habits]]. While Chris's handling of money only results in credit card debt, Kim's results in the starvation of thousands of North Koreans.
*Both believe that they are [[True and Loyal Fanbase|respected and loved by people around the world]] (or just in North Korea in Kim's case). Whereas Chris's "followers" do it for the lulz, Kim's do it out of fear.

North Korea is officially known as the "People's Democratic Republic of North Korea", which (aside from being redundant, as it translates to "People's People-owned People-run Nation of North Korea"), is outright bullshit, as North Korea is ranked as the most democracy-devoid nation in the world.

While Chris can only make shitty comics about himself being the despotic ruler of a brutal police state, Kim Jong-Il gets to live that dream. Similarly, Kim's position as a ruthless dictator entitles him to all the [[China]] he wants, whereas Chris can, again, only wish he had that sort of power. Because of this, Kim has already spawned several little cumsprouts to carry on his regime [[Chris and Health|when he is gone]], whereas Chris has very little hope of ever getting that [[Crystal Weston Chandler (daughter)|creepy daughter]] he wants so badly.
