	I'm just concerned he may be waking up to the fact that the "fans" don't love him and might start to listen to Rocky too much. 			==Mary Poppins==
			The suffragette theme in the film is actually just a subplot around the beginning: the kids' mom is a suffragette, but the main focus is on Julie Andrews being "practically perfect in every way" and dancing around. It's obvious how Chris was exposed to it. His parents love vintage sitcoms, and Bob - despite being a big ol' racist - likes Louis Armstrong, for much the same reason Chris likes Stephen Fry and Hitler laughed at Jewish comedians: even a bigot is willing to be entertained. Anyway, what does Chris have to gain by talking at length about how much he loves Mary Poppins? Well, this film:
			1) has an idealized protagonist (although she can be pretty bitchy) and not a lot of tension. The only story, such as it is, is about the dad, a banker, learning not to take life so seriously. Chris loves idealized protagonists and hates tension, obviously, and he'd react positively to the Go Fly A Kite message of the film. Chris, however, has too much kite and not enough bank.
			2) is often described as a "cute" movie or a "children's classic". Whenever Chris brings up his love of this movie, he's usually trying to portray himself as "young at heart" ("demented manchild" doesn't have the same ring to it), and hopes that da ladies will find it adorable that he's not afraid to declare his love of Mary Poppins. If he were trying to sell himself as a MAN who is STRONG, he'd go with Die Hard or something. Whether or not he's seen it probably wouldn't stop him; remember when he, hoped to promote the owl thing, tried to ride on the success of Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings, despite the fact that he obviously knew nothing about either?
			3) is A MUSICAL, with a flamingly gay comedian named Ed Gwynn in a (very funny) supporting role. While I'm not convinced that Chris is a closet homosexual, this is certainly worth mentioning. --[[User:Manwithoutabody\|manwithoutabody]] 14:12, 25 May 2010
