August was the eighth month of 2022. It was the month when Christory largely stopped for the first time in over a decade, after the relentless pestering by the Unholy Quintet forced the Greene County's General District Court to seal Chris's incest case. Later in the month, a harassment campaign against Keffals results in a wave of Denial-of-service attacks against the Kiwi Farms, causing the CWCki - which used the Farms' hosting service - to go offline as well.
Meanwhile, in jail, Chris continued to draw his electric hedgehogs.
Highlights
- 1 August - The one-year anniversary of Chris being arrested in a motel parking lot after it was found he had been engaging in incestuous relations with Barbara.
- 5 August - Chris writes to Kenneth, saying, among other things, that the monkeypox outbreak was prefigured by the homo vaccine plot in Sonichu #10.[1]
- 8 August - Chris's Grand Jury hearing is postponed with a continuance.[2]
- 9 August - A Pre-trial Motion Hearing is scheduled, following the Grand Jury hearing a day prior.[3]
- 11 August - "Waive right to indictment" and "transportation order" are listed on Chris's case file[4] and a review is scheduled for August 2023.[5] It is also learned that Chris's case has now been sealed by the court, due to constant pestering from weens, carpetbaggers, and others alike.
- 19 August - Portfolio Recovery Associates files for garnishment against Chris for unpaid debt.[6]
- 22 August - The CWCki starts experiencing a two month downtime.[7]
- 22 August - Chris draws "As the Prophecised Scriptures Shall Manifest".
- 23 August - Chris draws "Is This A GameStop Ad?", "Sonichu Prime and Rosey Rosechu Prime and Cwcville's Cyan Master Emerald.
- 24 August - A 4chan Greentext is made, falsely claiming that Chris Chan has escaped from prison, which goes viral on the 28th[8].
- 25 August - Chris draws "Holy Flame Sky Uppercutting the Devil", "Round Table of Magi-Chan Sonichus", "The Fall of Not Babylon" and "Calming a Wave in Texas" in response to the heat waves in Texas.
- 27 August - Chris draws "A Coffee Jelly Break", "With Healing In Her Wings Of The Morning Into Neo Lives" and "Punchy and Speedy".
- 28 August - Chris draws six more drawings.
- 29 August - Chris draws "Ultimate Miracle"
- 30 August - In response to rumours, The Daily Dot confirms that Chris is still being held in jail.[9]
