October 2011 has begun with Chris still in mourning for his departed father. The Calling Out saga is on hold.

- 1 October - Barbara's 70th birthday.
- 2 October - In yet another unfortunate involvement with the mainstream media, Chris inadvertently earned himself the Manboob of the Month Award
- 30 October - It has now been a whole year since Chris has shown us a single page of Sonichu, he may be drawing private Sonichu issues for himself, although there are two people working on new versions of the sonichu comics, their art is highly superior to Chris's and this may anger chris....
