The '''Private Villa of Corrupted Citizens''' (colloquially known as '''PVCC''') is a message board, appropriately named after the [[Private Villa of Corrupted Citizens|villainous organization]] from the [[Sonichu comics]], of  inhabited by [[trolls]] who despair at Chris's [[Da update|latest failures]], and want nothing more than for him to succeed in life.
 
Having been hosted on the [[110mb|same wonderful server]] as the [[CWCki]] would mean that the PVCC never went offline for any amount of time. It has yet to be seen if the new host's performance is good enough. It is occasionally infiltrated by [[trolls]], but they are quickly sent on their way.

==History of site==
 
The forum was created when Chris's [[ED]] talk page was locked by its zealous guardians, who decreed that the Chris saga had gone as far as it could go. In retrospect, it was the smartest thing they ever did. The forums grew for a while during late 2008 and early 2009, a period known in the mind of many veteran trolls as the time when PVCC ran on [http://sourceforge.net/projects/pblang/ PBLang] and had an ominous bright-red-on-black color scheme. The first 110mb failure was catastrophic and almost the entire PVCC was deleted, so the forums had to be started from scratch -- this time, using the famous and well-known forum software [http://www.phpbb.com/ phpBB].
 
Around April 2008, account creation on PVCC was protected with an application request system to deter [[ED]] and [[Krapple]] newfags from contaminating the forum. ED, needless to say, didn't take it very well, and after a few months this also led to the creation of the [[EDF|Chris-chan forum at Encyclopedia Dramatica's boards]].
 
As [[110mb]] kept crashing, the site has been through several incarnations, until in January 2010, both PVCC and [[CWCki]] were moved to a new hosting service that, needless to say, has proven way more reliable than 110mb.

===Angelicthug===
Angelicthug, joined [[April 2009|April 19th 2009]], became infamous by posting a series of threads on racial supremacy. Although he claimed actually not to be a white supremacist himself, but just someone struggling with his identity, his posts and rethoric pissed off a substantial part of the rather [[Niggos|multicultural]] PVCC userbase. He was banned [[November 2009|November 30th 2009]].
 
===Georgeson===
Georgeson, joined [[March 2009|March 5th 2009]], baffled PVCC users a few weeks after registering by posting more and more what seemed to be alcohol-infused comments and links to videos in which he was obviously intoxicated. Over the months, Georgeson has manifested himself as the local PVCC-drunk, most noted for his funny stories, videos, and updates on his troublesome relations with a cheating skank.

===Mr. Sonic<ref>Name fingated for protection purposes</ref>===
Under mysterious circumstances, Mr. Sonic managed to be let into PVCC on [[August 2009|August 31st 2009]], after sending tons of whining e-mails to the admins about how he was legally blind, and wanted to donate "several fan-made Soni-Chu trollings to the project". Quite soon, after one of the admins opened a thread looking for new moderators, it turned out how retarded Mr. Sonic actually was. He kept spamming the thread with request to become a moderator (even though he had only been on the forum for a few months, and no one actually knew him), and his whining didn't stop after he was told that the thread wasn't meant for self promotion. When it turned out that other members recieved moderatorship, and he was left out, Mr. Sonic became very depressed and a little bitter. It would be the beginning of his demise.<br>
Looking closely upon Mr. Sonic's fail, was a lone moderator, who, shortly after Mr. Sonic's dissapointment in the aforementioned thread, sent the blind fool a message in which he promised to make him into a mod if Mr. Sonic would do certain things in return. Over the following week, the moderator stringed Mr. Sonic along, promising him great power within PVCC and painting a grim picture of the inner-PVCC-politics as a corrupt and power-hungry atmosphere similar to Italian politics. (which, remarcably, Mr. Sonic himself didn't question or condemn at all) After a while several other members of the PVCC-staff joined in Mr. Sonic's trolling, and started to entangle him in [[Kacey]]-esque love-plots, in which it turned out that they were dealing with a completely fucked-up 31 year old virgin with rage, who didn't hesitate at all to cheat or backstab PVCC-staff, and who's mind, voice, behavviour and moral code was very similar to that of Chris. After roughly two weeks of trolling, PVCC-staff found out that Mr. Sonic had suicidal tendencies, and that chances would be pretty large that, when confronted with the truth, he would an hero. He was silently banned on [[January 2010|January 28th 2010]].
