Sonichu #12-9, formerly Sonichu #13, takes place after Sonichu #12. The unusual title is due to Chris's superstition on the number thirteen.[1]
Chris planned this in May 2017 as a crossover involving Planet Dolan; however, the aftermath of the Doopie saga leaves the direction of this story unknown. Chris has claimed that the Planet Dolan arc has already happened in the Sonichu canon, but he never explained what actually did happen, like how the crew got to Planet Dolan in the first place, what happened between them, and whether or not there was conflict.[2] What could have happened is all left up to interpretation.
In August, Chris stated that My Little Pony versions of the Chandler family will be involved in this issue.[3]
On August 25, Chris posted a new cover of the issue, where the Planet Dolan crossover was replaced by a My Little Pony drawing. Given Chris's Twitter fights with DoopieDoOver and LadyOfTheCosmo, the latter of which occurred on the same day that the new cover was uploaded, it is likely that he decided to scrap the Planet Dolan plot in favour of an MLP one.
