Sockness and religion

I had listed Sockness as Hindu because he claimed to be a Hindu god, and attributed Chris' goddess powers to a Hindu god's blessing. That he does not belong to any recognisable Hindu sect, but has his own set of arcane rituals, is no more a problem than that Chris even in his Baptist days would employ curse-ye-ha-me-has. As a corroboratory evidence, Sockness is also in the far right, and it is known that some of those will convert to the original Aryan religion. 'Neo-pagan' would suggest either nature-lovers or ancient Celt/German LARPing, not necessarily Sockness' occultic practises. ChanOfTartary (talk) 00:41, 24 August 2019 (UTC)

"Pagan" refers to any non-mainstream religions so regardless of any political affiliations, so as long as Sockness doesn't adhere to any of the mainstream stuff, he is still a pagan. Also, claiming to be a messiah or god of a religion doesn't mean you have to follow that religion. Jim Jones, the founder of the Peoples Temple claimed to be the Buddha, yet we don't consider him a Buddhist, but as a Christian cult leader. -Larry the Larryhog (talk) 16:39, 24 August 2019 (UTC)

The Orbiter/White Knight War

How should we cover this? The material's a bunch of quotes from Chris replying to people, so not sure it's enough for an article, but it involves a bunch of people - Sockness, MKR, Sarah and Steve, etc - where it would mean copy/pasting to their CWCki pages if it's done as an article section. The CWCki is primarily about Chris and his own interactions; this internecine warfare between the weens against each other is not really our priority. I would advise that we wait until the autistic dust has settled somewhat before we try to write too much on it. Whether Sockness defends his crown against the pretenders, or his position is usurped, we can then go through, find relevant sections of their sprawling dialogue and include just those and Chris's own responses during the affair. As Chris is only marginally involved in the direct struggle, we should not feel obligated to follow it too closely as it is happening. ChanOfTartary (talk) 03:01, 12 November 2019 (UTC)
Yeah, my idea was to write on things from Chris's perspective. There's a lot of interesting quotes from CWC that give insight to how delusional he is and how Sockness has influence, for instance, Chris believing that Sockness was possessed by a demon as an explanation for the bad aspects of Sockness, or Chris being rude to MKR when she tried to tell him Sockness's characters are mere fiction. This power struggle's going to last for a while, so there should be a place to at least dump the quotes so we don't forget them. Maybe a new section on the Sockness page would work for this? And the section can be linked from MKR/S&S articles. Hurtful Truth Level (talk) 08:31, 13 November 2019 (UTC)

Proselytizing

Should we add a section on Jacob proselytizing merge cultist stuff on other websites. A quick look at his KF thread shows that he shoehorned Chris stuff into the Amazing World Of Gumball wiki, a Sylvanian Families wiki run by some guy named Erik Mokracek, and most recently The Loud House wiki. There’s even archives proving it.

Are we a wiki about Jacob? - klop (talk) 04:10, 7 August 2020 (UTC)
These have nothing to do with Chris so no. -Larry the Larryhog (talk) 04:13, 7 August 2020 (UTC)
