Are we sure they were real?

I've been searching all over for more information on this but I can't find anything about Sam and Ellen. As far as I can see, only Chris and Johan interacted with them and no screenshots of any chats exist. People on KF have come to the conclusion that Sam and Ellen were trolls and were possibly just Johan messing with Chris, which I find a lot more likely than a lesbian couple actually considering Chris as a sperm donor. Has anyone found any other information? I've tried all the usual avenues.
