The Megatron pistol is yet another relic of fail Chris uses in his videos. Widely known as the "Generation 1 Megatron", it's a robot from the Transformers toy line that transforms itself into a replica of a Walther P38 pistol, able to fire pellets. The realism of the replica was a source of some controversy back in the 1980s, and subsequent variations of the character were redesigned with alternate forms much less like a realistic firearm.

The Megatron pistol in Chris's life

Chris uses the pistol to shows his displeasure at those who get in his way of his personal whims (read: more talented people). Essentially, it's a prop-assisted version of his more common curse shot attack. It was used to demonstrate Chris's anger towards Adam Stackhouse in his infamous CWC is Angry video, even though he said that he bore no ill will toward Adam.

The pistol also appeared in the War Paint Video, where not only does Chris want us to believe that he's a Cherokee, but that the Indians prefered to arm themselves with World War II-vintage German pistols. He shot the pictol at the camera in hopes of scaring trolls away. Sadly, to date, his Cherokian magic shows no signs of working.

The Megatron pistol in Sonichu

The gun's comic debut
I know, but you shot him with a real gun in the comic. Like-- like… he was my boyfriend, and you shot him! I mean, don't you think that I still care about him a little? That's just weird. I just-- I mean, like-- I was expecting, like-- you know, like, a magical fight, not like… you shooting him.
Kacey voicing some discomfort

Sonichu Special 4 saw the first appearance of the gun in Chris's comics. In an attempt to rescue Kacey from her own boyfriend, Chris drove as fast as he legally could to their house and entered uninvited. Liquid Chris, fearing a home invasion, charged the intruder with a knife. Chris sidestepped the attack, disarmed him, threw him on the ground and shot out both his shins, permanently crippling him. Why Kacey's family didn't beat the living crap out of him afterward still remains a mystery.
