I disagree. He was in special ed (not surprising), and he read R. L. Stine books (called "novels". Having read R. L. Stine books in my youth, I would say they hardly qaulify as novels, just cheesy "horor-esque" books for the kiddies.) And why the hell does he call study hall "coping class?" Sounds like he had emotional break-downs every day and had to cope during study hall while reading kiddy books.
