Beel is the lobby receptionist for the 4-cent_garbage.com Building. He is a red humanoid with devil horns and wings. Whether or not he is supposed to be Wikipedia:Satan:the Devil/Satan, some minor demon, or simply a man who looks like a devil is uncertain. The name Beel is probably a wordplay on Beelzebub, Hebrew בעל זבוב, Ba‘al Zəbûb, "Lord of the Flies."
Beel is depicted as a large, muscular red demon wearing nothing but cut-off jean shorts, suggesting that his appearance was inspired by that of Satan in South Park, and possibly Him from The Powerpuff Girls (an effeminate antagonist with a red, devil-like appearance).
Appearances in Sonichu
Beel's first appearance was as an unnamed receptionist in Sonichu #8. When Sonichu and Rosechu arrived at the 4-cent_garbage.com Building for their appointment with Jason Kendrick Howell, he directs them to the top floor, which he idiosyncratically describes as "66+6". When Sonichu clarifies that this is simply the 72nd floor, Beel becomes annoyed and shoos the Electric Hedgehog Pokémon on their way. Sonichu takes umbrage with Beel's unprofessional conduct, until Rosechu reminds him of the story of Joseph.
Beel returned in Sonichu #10, this time serving in a more active role as Jason's agent. When Chris-Chan Sonichu arrived at the 4-cent_garbage.com Building to destroy it, Jason trapped him in a cage, and Beel attempted to steal the Medallion from him, thinking it to be the source of his powers. However, to the surprise of everyone, Chris discovered that his powers in fact stem from his High School Ring, which he uses to retrieve his Medallion and defeat the demonic henchman.
Beel returns ten pages later to warn Jason that the building was collapsing. When Jason escapes and retires, Beel condemns two others, Clyde Cash and Jack Thaddeus, for being homo trolls and that, while he's condemned to hell for eternity, he doesn't mind it and knows he'll come back later, he just doesn't want to work for Count Graduon. He also reveals that he is trapped in Graduon's service as a troll for eternity as a punishment for being Hitler's assistant. As a Satanic Nazi troll, he is not quite as evil, in Chris's eyes, as two homosexuals.
Possible gay subtext
Beel's appearance is unavoidably homoerotic, due to being based on the gay Satan character from South Park and/or "Him" from The Powerpuff Girls. Given Chris's repeated distaste for homos, as well as male nudity in general, it is curious that he would be comfortable with this depiction. This may be Chris's ham-fisted attempt to literally demonize homosexuality, or the expression of his unconscious lust for big, half-naked, muscular men. Hell, just look at the guy:
