Reginald is an excuse for Chris to remove Punchy from being paired up with Angelica. He is a Sneasel who wears a headband.

Reginald is a Sneasel that is in comic during episode 19, he is in love with Layla and tries to steal her from Punchy, despite being a pokemon rather than just out-right beating up Punchy, Reginald tries to stop them by cutting the power on Punchy's computer.
