Chloe Rosechu is yet another Rosechu. Originally created by PandaHalo, her existence in the comic is part of Christian's continual war against creativity, as he can no longer be bothered to make his own unoriginal recolors, he must steal the unoriginal recolors of others.
Since she first appeared in Sonichu 9, she has mourned the death of Pandahalo, and then done absolutely nothing. It's probably just a matter of time before she has sex with BlazeBob Sonichu.
It's likely that Chloe Rosechu was the inspiration for Chloe, another fictitious character of a bit different type.
