Chloe Rosechu is yet another Rosechu. Originally created by PandaHalo, her existence in the comic is part of Christian's continual war against creativity, as he can no longer be bothered to make his own unoriginal recolors, he must steal the unoriginal recolors of others.
Since she first appeared in Sonichu 9, she has mourned the death of Pandahalo, and then done absolutely nothing, though Chris has promised to show us more of her admittedly 'generic high-school personality' in the future. It's probably just a matter of time before she has sex with BlazeBob Sonichu.
