A "Change-Bot" that appeared in issue 4 of Sonichu. He may not be a unique model, as Chris describes him as being a "Decepti-Clone," a variety of cannon-fodder Decepticon used in the PS2 Transformers video game.
His name is a portmanteau of the Decepticons Thundercracker and...um...Thundercracker.
