dating_ad.mp4, as its title suggests, is a personal advertisement that Chris recorded sometime in 2008. In the recording, Chris awkwardly tells listeners his situation and what he wants in a potential sweetheart. It should be noted that Chris stopped himself from mentioning the preferred ethnicity of his future girlfriend.
It's not known if Chris did (or intended to) use this video as self-promotion in a dating site, or had other uses in mind as part of his love quest.
