Lolisa is a rosechu with no known origin. She is Jamsta Sonichu's partner at KCWC, as well has his girlfriend.
Origin
Lolisa is the second oldest Electric Hedgehog Pokemon and oldest Rosechu in the comic which causes a severe logical problem. Presumably, if she were the oldest, the species of female Sonichus would be named after her, but that honour goes to Rosechu.
