Explanation
Okay, guys. It looks like a rough draft... however, being a total newfag, I dunno how to make the remaining templates work. I tried to pinpoint all the places which need template fixing with an incomplete template. I would be happy if someone with more wiki knowledge than me could fix 'em.
As for why this article is needed – read the article's preface, or post your questions here.
