* I tried looking up the case info, just to verify that it's legit, and it turns out that not only is Chris facing charges of Trespassing and Misdemeanour Assault in addition to the one listed, ''Barbara'' is facing the same "Failure to Stop" charge, along with Assaulting a Law Enforcement Official. --[[User:HarryHowler|HarryHowler]] 06:13, 5 November 2011 (PDT)

:: By searching for the name "Chandler" on [http://epwsgdp1.courts.state.va.us/gdcourts/captchaVerification.do?landing=landing this website] you can see the full list of charges. Barbara Chandler is facing charges for assaulting an officer (Class 6 Felony), they're both being charged with failing to stop at the scene of an accident involving property damage of more than $1000 (So Chris/Barb didn't hit Michael Snyder, but they probably ran into a parked vehicle or something, which is a Class 5 Felony), and Chris himself is charged with Assault and Tresspass After Forbidden. (Both Class 1 Misdemeanors). According to Wikipedia: '''Virginia classifies most felonies by number, ranging from Class 6 (least severe: 1 to 5 years in prison or up to 12 months in jail) through Class 2 (20 years to life, e.g., first-degree murder and aggravated malicious wounding) up to Class 1 (life imprisonment or the death penalty, reserved for certain types of murders).''' These are some pretty fucking serious charges. I doubt Chris would ever be sent to prison short of committing a serious crime, but this is a far cry from taking pictures through the store window. --[[User:Elias|Elias]] 07:14, 5 November 2011 (PDT)

Before incorporating this into any page, allow me to discuss with my fellow admins on the matter. It's a precarious situation and I'd do something myself but I need a second opinion first. --Champthom 05:22, 5 November 2011 (PDT)
