**It's just a cost-benefit decision.  A company will usually take no action unless it means a material gain or loss.  If a single lawyer works a single hour researching Chris on company time, it's already cost Sega more money than they'll ever make by suing him.--[[User:Beat|Beat]] 03:52, 28 January 2010 (UTC)
