Guidelines

I've tried to add some guidelines about how to go about writing a "Chris and..." article. Whether people will find and read it before attempting to create ill-conceived new ones - is another matter. As always, feel free to correct my take on what the Chris and... series is for, as I was purely writing from what I understand of it. --18:00, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
