Well...

Text and stuff is public domain. We do use a lot of stuff that is copyrighted (and not in a Chris sort of way, but people with actual lawyers), so that stuff isn't public domain.

We really should try to use images that are public domain when we do use non-Chris images. Every other thing should be used in a way that's fair use.

• I agree. I think that's a good way to handle it. In my humble opinion, as long as people aren't using the CWCki to mirror their mp3 collection things should be fine. The vast body of material on this site is public domain, especially when you consider the Mumble chats and the like.
