Honest Content refers to the way Chris believes that in order to be "honest" you must untactfully give away far too much private and/or personal information about yourself. He rightly believes honesty is important, but has little to no idea about what is or isn't appropriate to be "honest" about.

If you go for Chris's definition of honesty, then it makes sense for a game to be rated M for Honest Content, and by Honest Content he means all the lewdness he has cranked out during 2009.
