July was the seventh month of 2023, and the third month in which Chris had been sighted in public since his arrest in August 2021.
This month marks the last time (to date) that Chris was spotted in the Richmond area and the first time he was spotted in Lynchburg, possibly his new home.

- July 3 - Chris is sighted shopping at Walmart in Chesterfield County. What's notable in this sighting is that Chris's hair was dyed again, this time a darker blue.[2]
- July 20 - Chris is sighted at Dragon Fire Games, a tabletop gaming store in Lynchburg, VA.[3]
