Jivin
Is it just me, or is it obvious to everyone except (the otherwise exceptional) DethChemist77 that Jivin's name is pronounced like (and in fact derived from) the gerund of "jive" (i.e., "jivin'"), rather than rhyming with the gerund of "live" (i.e., "livin'")? Llort 23:17, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
- yeah that bothered me too :( -Phlegethon 23:21, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
- Alec Benson Leary himself pronounced it the same way as DethChemist in his interview. I thought it was pronounced the other way as well. --Anaconda 23:21, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
- Llort, you are such a racist. You assume that because Jivin is an African American, he must be named after the act of "jivin" such as "jive talk" or the dance associated with African Americans. Ya'll should be ashamed. --Champthom 00:41, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
