Origin of "Else Else"
Not sure how to fit this in the article, or if it's worth it, so I'll just drop it here. He probably got that wonderful bit of wording from the SpongeBob episode about delivering pizza:
Squidward: Well...You backed up. And you know what? I think we're out of gas. And you know what else? We're in the middle of nowhere!
Spongebob: And you know what else else? I think the pizza's getting cold.

- That is very possible. I thought since he was so angry he was stammering, but now that you mention it, I believe he would watch Spongebob Squarepants on his DS during his "attraction time" so it's quite possible.
