Hey there. The next time you upload images, please use this as your guide. PNG format is not the best thing for screen captures. I re-uploaded most of your images in JPG format and they were of course 1/10th of the size. Which brings me to this:

The warning says maximum 150kb. We don't have space for bigger images. 150kb is good and smaller is better. It's no problem, you are new here. Just remember that people need to clean these up.
