The Speeding section should be eliminated since his speeding apparently hasn't had much effect. He paid his fines early, and from what I can tell looking at the Missouri court website, this case doesn't seem to have affected the probation for his drug charge. At most I think the speeding could still be mentioned in the House section since he claimed a Big Island address.
