I would say that it is.  It has that same red clip and the same ugly, uncolored middle section.  I mean... you'd expect a Pokéball to have black color along its... equator, or at least around the circular button thing, but it doesn't.  It's the same ugly, careless coloring that was done on the Burger King ones.  On top of that, I'm having a hard time finding on Google an image of any other Pokéball with that style of clip.  It seems to me that it is almost certainly a recolor of the top and bottom hemispheres of the Burger King one.  --[[User:Tristran|Tristran]] 06:54, 1 December 2009 (CET)

Is it just me or is that one of those recalled Burger King PokeBalls? There were these PokeBalls that toys came in when they had some huge ass Pokemon promotion in the Kid's Meal (with like, 75 toys or something crazy like that) but a baby covered their face with one and died. I remember they'd give you a free small fries if you returned it to a Burger King for destruction. I kept mine mostly because they're still pretty neat. I can't recall if there was a clip like the one shown here, but otherwise, is it the Burger King Kid's Meal thing that he custom painted for his PokeBall or something else? --Champthom 20:10, 30 November 2009 (CET)
