** Okay. I think I'll still need to compare this to the one on the DVD - I'm pretty sure I saw the "virgin with rage" song lyrics and the prominently emphasised HANDCUFFING. Chris also posted another transcript, which he says comes from his Animal Crossing diary. Based on a cursory glance it seems to be the beginning half of this text. Somehow, when I look at Chris's literary works, I always feel I don't have the time or energy to read through the whole text right now. =) --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 14:07, 22 October 2009 (CEST)

What's the difference between "Current Days" and "Love Quest Days" version? --Champthom 18:41, 22 October 2009 (CEST)
Turns out there's not that many differences. I ran it through wdiff. "Old" version is the one Chris posted just now ("Updated: March 31, 2005") and "New" is the one that has been in the article for a while ("Updated: August 14, 2006")
* New intro: "Four Score and over Three Years Ago,"
* Old: "I [...] am experiencing", New: "I [...] have been currently experiencing"
* Old: "'Bullies' (Male and Female)", new: "Bullies (Men and Old Woman)"
* Old: "Since, October 18," New: "Since, October, 2004,"
* Old: "Now, we are brought to March 31, 2005:", New: "One day in March, 2005,"
* And obviously the newer version has a whole bunch of new stuff.
The rest of the differences the program finds are mostly trivial punctuation differences that may also be troll's doing or general wikification weirdness. And, of course, the formatting is different. --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 20:18, 22 October 2009 (CEST)

AC & Documentary

To check: Wasn't at least a part of this written in his Animal Crossing journal in the documentary? I never quite got over of how much wagging of the tiny mushroom-shaped stick he had to do to write this thing using the on-screen keyboard. I don't have the DVD here right now (read: it's somewhere in my big pile that I haven't yet shelved properly) so I can't check immediately... --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 21:44, 29 September 2009 (CEST)

  • At the 4-minute mark, Chris plunges into his AC diary and starts scrolling through it. There's stuff about how he's a virgin with rage, but it's not this same material. So, nope - none of this was in his AC documentary (unless he returns to the diary later on, but I don't think he does). Llort 22:47, 29 September 2009 (CEST)
    • Okay.

  • New intro: "Four Score and over Three Years Ago,"
  • Old: "I [...] am experiencing", New: "I [...] have been currently experiencing"
  • Old: "'Bullies' (Male and Female)", new: "Bullies (Men and Old Woman)"
  • Old: "Since, October 18," New: "Since, October, 2004,"
  • Old: "Now, we are brought to March 31, 2005:", New: "One day in March, 2005,"
  • And obviously the newer version has a whole bunch of new stuff.

The rest of the differences the program finds are mostly trivial punctuation differences that may also be troll's doing or general wikification weirdness. And, of course, the formatting is different. --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 20:18, 22 October 2009 (CEST)
