I think its far more realistic than the comic form. If a child grew to adult form in the course of a week somehow, and during her entire short life had nothing but her father and Magi-Chan telling her about how her mother was killed, before finally making her mutilate a man's genitals with drill hands, then that child would be fucked beyond belief right there. Much as this picture shows. Kudos to whoever made it.
