*Personally I think this list should stick to what Chris has strictly said. I suppose some we can derive, but that's just me. I think we should remove Sonichu, because I think Chris objects to male humans, not male Sonichus, as it's probably not an oversight of him not placing Sonichu on the original list.--[[User:Champthom|Champthom]] 05:19, 26 July 2011 (PDT)

*:My thoughts are... if it's real to Chris, it stays on the list. Chris believes, or believed until recently, that Santa was real (or at least something '''like''' Santa was real). Likewise with Sonichu and Transformers. For what it's worth, I say keep it. --[[User:Ronichu|Ronichu]] 06:10, 26 July 2011 (PDT)

Nice

Seriously, this is good stuff. Personally, we really should have more specific templates than stuff like the "Web of Life" templates which can be a bit too broad. Just wondering, what is the basis of the ordering? I don't recall if this was an order Chris came up with or if this is something the template maker created. If this list is based off something Chris did, then incorporate where it's from somehow into the template.

Minor complaint - is it really acceptable to lump his family with "acquaintances"? True, they might as well be to Chris, but is it too far of a stretch? Of course Chris has no reason to hate a family member who happens to be a male, but just wondering if maybe he only means acquaintances. --Champthom 05:41, 9 February 2010 (UTC)

  • Ah, based on the ED annotations. Then incorporate it into the template as such. In fact, I'll do that now. --Champthom 05:42, 9 February 2010 (UTC)

On fiction and non fiction

I do like this template, I really do, but I'm wondering if maybe it's appropriate to add Sonichus and Transformers and the like to a list of males Chris doesn't hate? I mean, they're fiction aren't they? Not even Chris himself included Sonichu on the list when he originally wrote it up. Shouldn't we remove fictional characters? --Old meme 04:09, 26 July 2011 (PDT)
