Actually, Leviticus only condemns male homosexuality. Lesbians are... conspicuously never mentioned, to my knowledge. Maybe so the Old Testament wouldn't give women ideas. :p - LucidFox 20:48, 29 August 2011 (PDT)

  • Leviticus, yes, but that's not the only part where homosexuality is condemned in the bible. Read Romans 1:26-27 "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature. And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet." Vague, yes, it could be talking about anal sex or fisting for all we know but it's generally interpreted as the only text where lesbians are specifically condemned. - InvalidLogin 21:12, 29 August 2011 (PDT)
